City bayview may be the right hotel to stay in for action though it may not have spa. For FJ you can try Tye Wan, Waldoff and Cathay which are all walking distance away. For spa, you can go to Cititel which is also nearby.

Sorry to trouble you Penang regulars but I am on my to Penang for the 1st time and not having visited Malayasia since 1993, I am a bit rusty with what goes on in the mongering scene.

I need to join this forum after reading all the reports for the past months. Penang have limited places of action. Have been to almost all of them. The HC at Hotel Grand Central have just reopened recently. Good massage by ladies in their late 30s to 40s. Damage is RM68. Usual asking of extra services. HJ is RM50. Off bra, another RM50 (forget it !!)
