I have to agree with Furry Friend. I think that Soy/Shanghai Street are still plenty busy. I'm not into picking up street walkers (perfer the sauna's and bars myself) but there are ladies there is you are interested. Langham place has had some impact but I think less than most people had originally thought.

I was in the area six weeks ago. The scene was as jumping as ever. In fact, it was the most active I've seen on Soy/Shanghai Street since Langham Place opened for business.
