Highly recommend 127 (night shift after 9pm). Regarding prices, unlike many other international cities, the cost of just about everything in Hong Kong, i.e. Viagra, hotel rooms, etc. is commoditized. A hotel in North America or Europe will publish seasonal rates, whereas a Hong Kong hotel's rooms "float" based on occupancy.

The good news is that room rates are always negotiable, the bad news is that now with Chinese travelers keeping occupancy rates high, some old favorites, such as the *****ney in Wanchai are almost unavailable.
