There are no new updates on Poissson, not that I know of. Maybe just the girls that change clubs from time to time. The rest of the Clubs are the same, just that Amnesia and Obsession are offering a lunch buffet and an afternoon shift of girls for 5-6 bucks (all you can eat), 2x1 on drinks.

You should have INSISTED in going to Poisson which is downtown (I do not know where you were staying, but if you were at the hotel district, you were quite close) not 15 minutes away to the Amnesia, no to mention the Premier.
OF COURSE the taxi driver will only take you to places where they get a percentage.
As options you also have the Obsession and the Prestige, but they also ran high tabs.
Poisson y much more cheaper, but it can ran high too if you are not careful...

As a matter of fact I am a 20 year old veteran of Monterrey nightspots (am 44 and I held my birthday at the Big Apple) and the *****houses here used to be sensational... far better than the ones at Boystown in Nuevo Laredo.

OK: Matehuala has just recently been remodeled and it used to be dark and seedy. Now it is a very intresting spot which I go in the afternoons to have some beers.
Last Friday... one day after my arival from New York, there were 35 girls divided on the 2 stages.
And yes, the girls have to be mean MF's to work there, and the thing is that many of them like it because it is just "hit and run", they do not have to drink themselves silly with the clients.

I checked some information posted about prostitution while in Monterrey, I am a student here and would like yo share some tips about.

First, there are three main services the "table dances" or cabarets now with the new municipality laws, the "esteticas" or massages rooms and the "call services" where you order a girl to your house or hotel.

As a living alone or with friends student, the cheapest service to get sex us the "call services" you can find lots of ads in the police newspapers like "el sol" at the end mixed with the "esteticas" ads. I suggest to compare the different services and prices before you take a decision. the bets start about USD 30 for a 2-7 girl or you can order an executive or deluxe service up to USD 150-170. In this kind of places you can contract pure sex for 40-60 minutes one person or for USD 60 a dancing girl for a groups or friends. If you are into budget this could be a good option.

But, if you don't want a stranger in your home or hotel room you can try the "esteticas" places that look like massage rooms but where you can find protitutes that will charge about USD 30-40 for 30 minutes of sex. they will offer you oral sex and penetration. You can get addresess and directions form newspaper and taxi drivers that will be glad to drive you there. Girls are usully ugly (2-5) and the prettiest usually give too rough service. As an important note, onlya few of these places work 24 hours so try to get there during the day also you will find more girls.

The Table dances or cabarets, are the typical places where you pay an entrance fee and sit in a table to watch some girls get [most of the time] toppless in the stage.

there is a new law that avoids prostitution in the cabarets sending cops and inspector to check there, but theres a trick. Almost all night you go to the cabaret, sit in a table and drink some beers while the girl take off her clothes, if you like the girl you ask the waiter for a "privado" with the gril, then she comes to you and leads you to the privado's section back of the place where there is a line of chairs where you get your lap dance.
