NO, I loved and really enjoyed my stay at Casa Valarie. I had and seen no spiders, bugs or snakes. You been around so tell me what hotel would cut my room price in half for that night when I checked in very late late in the night from a late flight as a ISG member and give our members the same discounts as New Garden? NO ONE, so lets not beat up on a hotel that has open arms for the members of this form.

It was an observation; not a diss. I didn't tell anyone not to consider staying there. I was merely stating why I have never considered staying there.

I would pass by this place coming and going from New Garden and see all those damn trees and plants and couldn't help but think it is full of bugs, spiders, snakes, etc. For that reason alone I never bothered with the place. Looks like the only tropical rain forest in Sosua, hehehe.

I stayed because the price, location, super nice staff and friendly management. Plus what appear to be nice new fresh smelling rooms. Good food with a bar that you can seat have a drink and see all the action on the street. A few Step outside your in the action or take a 30 second walk and your in the middle of the action and will find your choice of these like I did (see photos) just to come back and smash each one of them in a newer nice quite room.

So the former Casa Cayena has it re-opened and if so what's it called etc.

I loved staying there and any information would be appreciated.

Hotel Alicia Beach. Can book online. I believe breakfast is included but not dinner like before. I stayed there exclusively few times.

It was a bit run down but liked the location and parking space because I always rent a car. Dinner food was great also before going hunting.

I found Casa Valeria to be a great hotel and well managed with a good staff. I had recalled reading about the hotel in this form which they spoke about sun lite through the door in the mornings but I seen this issue was no more, they had nice blinds to cover the door and prevent sun light from shinning through the doors. Sorry no photo of this great room or hotel but here is a photo of 2 sexy babe's I smashed in that room half the next day.

My Haitian connection Lionel told me that Seabrezze hotel allows girls to hang out inside the hotel. Any feed back is welcomed if there are other places other than new garden.

Was in Sosua a week ago during my baseball thing and stay at Casa Valeria, very good, nice new rooms very close to the action and next door to New Garden. I got in to Sosua about 2 AM went to New Garden but they could not find my reservation so I got tried and told them that's ok I will come back tomorrow. Walk out the front and seen a hot chica a few doors down going into a hotel so I follow and ask if they had a room on the first floor and they did. The rate was the same as New Garden but the guy told me I would only be charged half the price for the night since I was going to be there for 3-4 nights and it was already 3 AM and they offer a free breakfast and a discount for cash as a ISG member. Next he showed me the room and I said hell yes lets do this, room was great looked brand new.

Las Palmeras is a great hotel, well run and all of the rooms were refurbished last year. They do NOT allow girls to hang around like New Garden. I am close personal friends with the owner of Midtown bar and restaurant inside of Las Palmeras and he will only allow a girl to sit in his place if she is eating or drinking ie. Spending money.

It's still closed but they are doing some work in it.

I was in sousa last week they took the sousa sunrise name off at present time just blank.

The only problem is I drove by three days and never saw one worker or any work being done.
