This should be in the regular section instead of hotel. With that said I'll add a quick review of Terra Linda. It has seen better days. At 80 a night it's a stretch. Free bfast is good.

Posts: 64First time ever in Sosua
Arrived yesterday after a long journey that ended wit a 2. 5 hour van ride from Santiago. My first impression was not good but I am adjusting. Looks like everything is on 1 street which makes the number of chicas seem overwhelming. My head was whipping back and forth trying to take it all in. A really cute, thick girl made eye contact and came over to say Hi. Did all the usual small talk but she would not tell me the price when I asked 2 times. I ended up paying more than I wanted just to get her out of my room. I also walked her back to the front desk so she could get her ID, which is not a big deal just an adjustment for me.
I paid 3500 for short time (sorry) 🤦127998;8205;9794;65039;.
Today will be better after a good night sleep.

Has anyone ever stayed at these properties? Are they quiet and female friendly? Planning on visiting this coming spring.

I used it a lot in my youth, LOL. I once did three chicas there in 45 minutes, while my beer was still on the bar. Only one was worth 15 minutes though!
The other place, DC, is for a more relaxed encounter with someone you know a little, with room service too and real A/C.

There's a link to a Youtube video somewhere on this board, but a quick search online will find it.
It's cheap. $10/$15, and really a well organized place, and makes the session stress free.

What's up guys?
I will be heading to Sosua this month. I want to enjoy before there are more drastic changes. I was wondering about the hourly rooms during the day and the rates in pesos. I think I'm going to skip Puerto Plata this time.

I have always stayed at New Garden (or the Casa Cayena now Alicia) but I heard Casa Valeria was a bit more discreet. My room there was first floor by the pool, about $75 plus tax with a discount for cash.
The rooms are slightly smaller but I like how the bathroom is semi-private. It helps for keeping an eye on the girl. They say they only allow a single visitor at a time, though I didn't test that. I thought the breakfast was better than the other hotels, although the restaurant is now closed after 1:00 for maintenance. It's quieter than New Garden (which has a problem with loud baseball games) although I did get waken up early twice by the grounds cleaner working around the pool. There are a couple rooms out front that I imagine are noisy.
Recommended. I would stay there again.
