I found out that the basic rooms DO NOT have A / C for those of you that care. Still looks like a nice spot but I have to have A / C.

I stayed my first few days next to the strip in New Garden which was cool but was on a bit of a budget and like to sleep at night and as we all know the way things are now and looked for a cool place to stay that you can take guests back to on a budget. Check out this site.

Which I found following the above report, I have just left after spending 3 nights at the place. I was in a one bedroom apartment with flat screen TV, very, very clean, ceiling fans and pool, hot tub, happy guy called Jimmy behind the bar and Colin who runs the place. Wi-Fi works all the time and you can sit next to the pool for breakfast and all this for $25 a night so cost me $75 for the 3 night. OK it is next to Coco hotel so not in town but you could rent a car from the savings on a weeks trip.

Thanks for the report on Mary Rose apartments. I met the owner a couple of weeks ago and he seems like a good guy. Always good to get current info about Sosua.

Buscemi- you need to cut the crap. I know jao and hung out with him. He is a cool dude who is willing to help any monger who needs it. Unless there is guard at every entrance I seriously doubt the owners will be able to keep chicas out. As always, if the place is upscale, just make sure that your chicas behave and dress appropriately. I am sure you can also bribe these guys. There's a global recession so prices are going down. I was recently sent an email announcing a sale for a 2bdr Terra Linda villa for 130k. If the property remains unsold, I doubt an owner will turn down rental money.

I used to rent a penthouse apt in Rio, I cooled out the guards and during the day some of the girls would use the servants entrance. A single girl dressed appropriately had no issues. Hell the guard would screen girls and help with puta management. The apt was the entire floor, the guards would make excuses and show us cell pics of the girls before they were allowed up hahah

Just got back from Sosua and was looking at a apartment at the Palms in Sosua. http://www.dominicanpropertysoldbyow.../Villas/Villas%20Sosua / AK0007 / AK0007. Html the guy will take 110 for the place. This I have been told is the biggest and condo and they rent out units on Sosua Vacation site so should be no problem renting it out and it is chica frendly.

El Neptuno for sure when I stayed there years ago. Other mongers have stayed there as well. I rented from a guy who lived in Pennsylvania. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, balcony with a bit of a view of the Ocean (from the third floor balcony). Had a safe installed after I was there and had a washing machine (I believe there were clothes lines for drying on the roof). El Neptuno is not for people who want to make a lot of noise. Side of the building is just about across the street from the victorian house, which is adjacent to Sosua bay hotel.

Rocky's is chica friendly, the Tradewinds Condos were totally chica friendly when I stayed there years ago (Tradewinds condos can be rented through Rocky's). I would imagine the Mary Rose condos, which can also be rented through Rocky's, might be chica friendly. Rick I have read is the current owner of Rocky's, speaks English, so you could send an email to him and ask him, if the Mary Rose condos are chica friendly (I don't know the location of Mary Rose condos). Tradewinds and El Neptuno, I entered with multiple chicas, years ago.

The original poster said he is a one chica per night kind of guy and he wrote that he wanted something different from new garden. Mary Rose condos look nice and new (with a jacuzzi near the pool). El Neptuno is an easy walk from the bars.

Veintiuno, I would guess if you check in with a chica who doesn't look hardcore, shouldn't be a problem. I have checked in with Dominicana GFs, in numerous hotels in the DR and never had a problem checking in with them. Veintiuno looks higher end, I doubt they want a parade of hard core chicas in their hotel.

Infiniti Blu are nice looking apartments, from the photos on their webpage (I have not seen those apartments in person). I don't know about their security arrangement, when renters bring in guests. I have rented an apartment in a nice building in santo domingo and never had a problem bringing in guests. You could send an email to whoever handles the rentals for Infiniti Blu and ask them how many guests you can bring over to their apartments.

I believe ISG member Major, stayed in a nice place, maybe a condo near the sosua by the sea hotel and the casa marina beach entrance (he posted photos of the chica in bed).

I believe there is a white building on the other side of Playa Sosua from El Batey, that looked like it was a nice place.

I have not been to Sosua in years, just trying to give the original poster some ideas (he might be getting more information through private messages).

If you travel with a wingman, El Neptuno could be a good deal, I hung out there with some chicas, I invited from Santiago. We went to supermarket, the chicas prepared the meals (cooking and cleaning) it was nice.

Seems a "Sosua Expert", implies that monger dollars ("sex tourists"?) will not be welcome at el Neptuno Condominium Apartments in Sosua. I am not sure how he defines sex tourist (a foreign guy married to a Dominican woman, who has sex with her in Sosua, might be considered a sex tourist by someone at el Neptuno and as such they will not be welcome at el Neptuno).

A few chicas I met yesterday at Classicos told me they were staying at Neptuno so apparently it is "working woman friendly", she told me they get an special there because they were temporarily Sosua strip employees.

to keep this post somewhat relevant to what this forum is about, one thing you posted over a year ago, might be useful to some guys who monger in sosua. i believe you posted that sometimes you wait at the caribe tours bus station for chicas just arriving into sosua and pick them up before they get into town. caribe tours bus station i believe is still on the charamicos side of sosua and metro bus station was or still is adjacent to the texaco gas station, with a pharmacy in front on the el batey side of sosua. the only two other things i have learned from reading your posts is to use microsoft office picture manager to re-size photos and the name of the owner of pacos club near the sdq airport. i don't recall you ever posting a photo (or sharing a photo) or posting a trip report.

there is nothing wrong with 68 year old guys with beer bellies who smoke cigars on el conde, who might invite over a university student for a drink (soda, juice, coffee or alcohol). i don't recall seeing anyone like that on el conde, but i am not on el conde all the time. i posted photos from my last trip and none were of el conde.
