Actually most people have been exposed to HPV. This is on a medical site..

CR is different than Dominican Republic. There are many massage parlors or incalls available in CR. The going rate at different MP are 8.5k-15k for 30 minutes or 12.5k-32k for an hour. The exchange rate is about 1=500 colones. These places usually close at 8-9pm. Afterwards you can go to Key largo or hotel del ray and negotiate. I've been told women would take $50 us or 25k colones for an hour in your hotel in KL. In Del Ray most women would ask for 100, but you can negotiate down to 70-80 for an hour or negotiate 100 for 2 hours, etc.

I don't know about the fishnets (which are also nice), but a mask is definitely a great thing to bring along. Aside from the added eroticism, they can sometimes be the difference between a chica allowing at least part of her face being in the shot or not feeling comfortable enough to allow you to take any shots at all. I've brought along a feathery Mardi Gras mask on occasions to break out when I encounter a reluctant model and often times the chicas seem to actually like the idea of putting on something so attractive and a little exotic. Plus aside from a customs baggage inspector maybe giving you a funny look, it really takes up no space in your bag.
