I haven't ever succeeded at all with the very best looking civs and have to go to the nightclubs for the highest levels of talent. While all my dates were decent looking, none were at that level so I really thought I'd get better results.

If I seeked out and dated specifically 6's and 6.5's I could get a lot more civilian pussy, but I wouldn't enjoy that a whole lot.

Understood and I have commented on this before. If one's objective is to bang 9s and 10s then Lima is probably not the ideal destination. In the first place, there are not that many model types around. Most of the girls in Lima are on the short side, which disqualifies them right there. Secondly, the few that you do run into are not waiting to fall into the arms of the first gringo they see. The laws of supply and demand mean that they can afford to be selective. As you correctly point out, the surefire way to sleep with a 9-10 calibre girl in Lima is to visit a place like Suite de Barranco or Emmanuelles and drop a couple of hundred dollars.

To me, Lima is the the land where 7s flow like water and they are far more approachable than in sex prison USA. However, if your objective is to land model type girls, you are probably better off in a more target-rich environment such as Colombia, Brazil or even certain Eastern European countries (e.g. Poland), where the tall blonde goddesses are a dime a dozen and still just about affordable, despite the plummeting dollar.

My point was that if you put the time into scouting for babes on the internet and set expectations correctly, banging a cutie in Lima is pretty much a sure thing. You should be banging far better than 1 in 5 in my experience. That is all.

My results are in part my game or personality for sure, I've never laid a real high percentage of my dates even there. Something from years of total hopelessness and cluelessness dating gringas might still be carrying over, I don't know. It is nice to see more guys coming to town who can appreciate the other options in Lima. Having a lot of friends down at tequilas that are ¨good hearted¨ girls, I do not like to put the place down like some others. But the club scene although more expensive and difficult to navigate has some amazing talent. As Polvo reported Cassanova is a viable option on Sunday´s for those getting into town late and the girls at Emmanuelle,Suites & 69 are smoking. Eclispe is considered to be a step down in price and quality, but if you hit it on the right night,you understand why it is so popular with some of the reg travelers. Which brings up the ¨main problem¨! Weither it be Tequilas or any other club, the talent can vary from night to night as the hot ones have regular clients,Travel or just want to go out at night to party at a regular club. This is more common on the weekends as the wealthy married Peruvians do not have the work excuse and can´t play. The girls all know this and go out to Aura on a Sat night. Again Polvo is the resident expert on these high end club girls and if he was not so busy every night,would have time to share his knowledge here. I have learned alot from his private club tours but do not want to [CodeWord140] on his parade as he has invested alot more time and money gaining his knowledge and contacts.

I am with you on this all the way. The only point I would like to add is that the logical response to your post is, "I think I'll head down to Aura or Gothica on Saturday and pick up some of Lima's finest". I have actually been down that path and, unfortunately, it is not the way to go for middle-forties guys like myself. There is no doubting the quality of the talent that frequents Aura on Friday and Saturday nights. As a JW Marriott regular, I have the good fortune of watching them parade by, on their way to Larco Mar. Just looking them over as they line up to get into Aura gives me a boner. The problem is that the crowd is about 20-25 years younger than I am. Nobody stares or laughs but you feel old nonetheless. The only time I went into Aura was when I had a 20yo chica with me (one of the ones you met at Cafe Z) and we left after about an hour because it was not really her scene. Great eye candy for me while we were there! Now, if I was an 18-25yo gringo, visiting Lima with money in my pocket, there is no doubt that Aura and Gothica would be top of my hit list.

You have hit the nail on the head. That is the continual trade-off that I have to make. How many dates shall I set up in advance and how much time shall I leave for "ad lib" work? There is always the concern that if you do not do the homework, you will end up with nothing while the clock is ticking away. Since my trips tend to be much shorter than 3 weeks, I am always anxious to avoid this situation. If you have really set up 60 dates, that is one problem you will not have! Setting up too many dates, as you appear to have done, means that you will not have any free time to pick up chicas in bars and on the streets, which I like to do.

The reason that I often set up at least one date before arriving is that I am always anxious to hit the ground running on the first night. After a long flight and late arrival, I do not want to waste time searching for talent. Consequently, I usually have someone meet me at the airport or hotel, thereby doing away with all of the uncertainty. On this trip, I may take a different approach and hit Eclipse instead.

60 dates for 3 weeks is clearly ridiculous. Are you planning on meeting 3 girls per day? Even with the inevitable cancellations/no shows you are not going to be able to service all of these women. And if you meet someone you actually like and want to spend time with, olvidalo! The good news for you is that I will be in town at the same time as you, as will a friend of mine, so that you have a reliable and effective way of dealing with the overflow (i.e. send them to us)! Other methods?? Collect VIP cards, be suave and debonair, or just remember that most of the entradas (assuming you dodge the taxi impuesto) is very, very close to the cost of one beer in the club!! Shakespeare wrote a play about this, methinks. :-)

I see the website has some promotions that are trying to con you into sharing personal details with them. Interestingly, they have no need for your name. Just your e-mail id and birth date! Well, there is Peruvian web design for you. They will give you a bottle of wine on your birthday but do not want to know who you are. Even so, fat chance of getting any info out of me. I get enough junk mail as it is.

I am sorry to see that the free entrance pass no longer features on the website. It was great as you just printed it out- no personal data requested- and it did not appear to have an expiration date. I wonder if they will honor the one I did manage to print out before they took the site down? Well, I'll just have to wait until January to find out.

Continuing the spasmodic reporting of the higher and mid-tier clubs I now offer my analysis of Eclipse....

Eclipse (Augusto Tamayo 158) in San Isidro is the place that many of the taxi drivers at the end of Calle Pizza tout, so I have always been adverse to going there anticipating a Mexico City, Zona Rosa type rip-off. It turns out to be not true.

Entrada is S/.50 which includes two beers. Good deal....

a) taken its site down
b) changed their url
c) closed down altogether

or d) whether I was wrong to begin with.

Why do I care, you ask? Well, the last time I found their website I also found a free entrance certificate which would, presumably, save me and other ISG board members the 50 soles entrada fee mentioned in your report. And since I am planning to be in Lima in January... well you can understand my anxiety.

PS Any other tips on how to get into high-end strip clubs for free would be greatly appreciated. I do not mind paying for drinks, lap dances and other services but I just hate paying the entrada fee. I have been known to tip doormen in order to avoid paying entrance fees, sometimes costing me just as much as the entrada itself! Don't ask why but there is a method to my madness.

Funny you should ask because they caught my eye also on my last trip. I asked the taxi driver about them as we drove to the airport and he mentioned that there is talent to be had but did not provide specifics and neither can I as I have never actually visited any of them. However, Elberto's comments about frequenting areas where gringos are rare may apply here. My only hesitation is that Av. La Marina does not look like the nicest/safest of areas.

I agree with the Cat. That is not the saviest place in Lima. Even if it is not always dangerous, it can happen at any time, an specially at night. If you do decide to have a try, be careful with cabs, specially in Christmas time, Also take care on what they are serving you, etc. I very seldom go to that place for girlls. Most of clubs in that area are mainly for dancing, but of course you can find some pros. But they will not be the best in the city, will not be very professionals in the sense of commitment to their compromise, and will not be the most beautiful. Tequila of La Marina Avenue is a place where you can find many chicks of Las Cucardas having fun on Saturday night. They usually take that chance to have an extra income while they are taking fun.
