Like you, I consistently rack up well over 100K flown miles a year. I have experienced great mongering destinations in Asia like Jakarta (my favorite), Singapore, Bankgok, and Hong Kong. I have also been to places, like Bombay, that are absolutely disgusting, sewer-infested hell-holes that make Lima look like the garden of Eden by comparison. The good in Asia is really good. The bad is worse than anything you will see in South America.

You know what is the real problem with Asia for those of us who live in the US? 24 hours of travel and up to 12 hours of time difference. That makes a short vacation impractical. Lima, on the other hand, is an 8 hour flight from NYC and a one hour time difference. Best of all, when you treat the girls with respect you get it back. You are correct. You do no know Lima at all and, clearly, you have not been reading my posts. The vast majority of my experiences in Lima are what you would call GFE. Lima Busy is correct: picking up girls regular girls in Lima is like stealing candy from a baby.

You see, the thing about Lima is that it caters to a wide range of budgets. There are, apparently, plenty of places where you can get laid for 30-50 soles. I say apparently because I have never personally visited them but there is no reason to doubt the credibility of the like of Artisttyp, who is doing a commendable job of reporting on the places he is discovering.

At the other end of the scale is Suites de Barranco where model-type girls will put you back USD 120-150 for two hours of fun. Once again, not my scene but available if are that way inclined and can afford it.

I am glad to see you are enjoyng "elevator shopping". I have had a number of very fine experiences in Asis when I have paid special attention to the other folks in the elevator.

I was in Lima for the weekend and would like to report my findings.

I spent most of Saturday morning/afternoon with a 19 year old student who claims to be a virgin.
