NFL football is live on the cable ESPN channel here. So you can watch in your hotel. There are also sports bars..which would probably be showing soccer, but you never know. Lima Busy is the expert on this sort of thing.

The problem with being in a single man's paradise is that if your not careful some young beautiful peruvian girl will steal you heart, and you'll soon find yourself married. Not all of us are as stong as David.

Jaja, as LB points out as well it seems even the married guys get more play then they can handle. Just have to be a little more discreet about it i guess.

Just as a side note: I am amazed at how nice and gentlemen like the posters from the Peru forum are compared to the Colombia forum. Those guys are constantly at eachothers throats, Whats up with all that figthing?

Thanks for letting me know its the Amigos section, thats even better because I never come on too strong, my approach is you teach me espanol and Ill teach you ingles. They get to know you and you know them and the cycle has begun. Itd not a sit down and be in class or anything, but we hang out and I socially teach them ingles words and an exchange in cultures, conversation and tongues comences.

How much would you charge to place an ad in this section of el commercio for me?

Oh I forgot your mother daughter pictures had me rolling on the floor laughing, weve gotta do lunch on me.

My interest happens to be in mostly non-pros, so thats the reason for the ad approach. And most women are intrigued that I teach ingles. It gets me access.

I have been a lurker for a while amd world traveler turned me on to this site, and I must say that there is plenty of knowlge here. So much so that I have compiled a 110 page guide of Lima complete with maps to all the places I want to go. Thanks comrades!

I have also thought about the online dating thing you guys have been talking about (catsmeaow) and I beleive Im going to stay wih my tried and truue approach. Through the years with the latin american population of my state steadily increasing, I decided to enroll in several spanish courses and then place personal ads in spanish papers here. The response is enormous, over 60 plus responses everytime I do it , what I do is interview the respondents at Starbucks and weed out the good ones. So I figure Ill do the same there in lima, I beleive its a far beter strategy than online ads, mainly its because online ads are too easily accessible, any foolita at a cybercafe respondes and giggles afterwards and the very nature of them is annonimity which I believe is why some of you guys were getting alt of "no shows" when you arrived in Lima. Belive me I know nothing is fool proof but with an ad or "aviso" Ive gotten far better results. That brings me to my problemo, I have nobody that can place the "personal ad for me".

If by chance David_33 or LIma_Busy can place an ad for me in El Commercio I would appreciate it. of course Ill Pay for it. Do they have a special section for this in el Commercio? I plan to be in Lima for 6 months or more and Im not leaving pussy prison till June or July, Im just trying to plan ahead and have all of my ducks in a row.
