A long time ago someone on here recommended a good small portable photo printer to take on trips and use to print digital photos. Does anyone have a recommendation now for such a photo printer?

Sorry Dude, but there is no exchange rate between Euro and f.e. colombian peso. This peso is ligated to the USD; the USD is weak not only to the euro; it´s weak to the peso too. That´s why there is absolutely no advantage for europeans!

Certain people that are not from these countries but are invested in these countries are banking on the rise of their currency. They will ensure full price is paid and reap commission, not informing their guests that they are overpaying but making sure they do. They are out for their investment showing the highest return. They rationalize this by "bettering the country" The gringos arent all to blame.

Yes, Rio was ruined by gringos (mostly white) paying whatever the girls demanded while in an 8 year span it went from $1 to 5 BR, then 1-3 now it is 1-1. 75 and they are now whining about the beach girls wanting the equiv of $150 usd, when it was these chumps who set the precident. I Love this country enough to move here from the States but as one reporter here wrote the wealth disparity will continue in Colombia, I used to think this was a bad thing till I got my housekeeper for 25, 000 col per day, my Massage for 20, 000 for the hour and a fuc and suc for 30, 000 cop and she was Gooooodddddd! Do us guys a favor who live here and the future visitors, read this Forum, ask about the prices and remember if one chica turns down your offer just look over the hill, the grass is greener on the other side here! Its supply and demand, and for now the supply outweighs the demand!

If you're at a casa, you'll be quoted the correct price, give or take a tiny bit. (That is true for Medellin. In Cartagena they will quote you any old price.)

If you're at a strip club the prices are negotiable. I usually ask the drinks waiter what the going rate is for the girls. And I ask the girls or the security guy what the bottle costs before I order it. You usually get honest advice that way.

Last time I was in San Diego I was sessioning on site for about 80k or 90k. It's been a while since the last visit so the going rate may have advanced a little?

There's a steep exit fee to take the girl out of San Diego. I think guys get around this by exchanging phone numbers and hooking up after closing time. Got to be patient for that.

If you're still in doubt, ask how much the room costs for a session onsite (some money goes to the bar, most goes to the girl). If the room costs, say, 20k, multiply by about 3 or 4 and that is what the girl probably requires for a session.

I was planning to check out the scene down there, but with these kind of prices I am going back to Asia. It seems very ridiculous to pay premium US prices in a "3rd world" country. Why travel? I find most of these guys are just lazy, loaded to the gills, and w/o patience.

I am glad you guys told me. I was under the impression from what I read here that $120US was typical for TLN from San Diego, but lets face it there is so much clutter on the COL board here it is hard to find any useful information.

It was my first night and was busting at the seams so I wasn't concerned with money; I spent more than I should have. But I am used to paying a bit more for top-shelf prepago types as I am not the kind of guy that trawls Mayorista arguing over 1000COP. I have no problem with those gentlemen that prefer the thrill of bargain hunting, I just am not that guy.

Do not worry 2J, if you are new to Medellin and look like you are a nice guy that does not know the prices for ass in Colombia the girls there will sniff you out and try and rip you off.

If a girl offers you a high price just say 'NO' and then you offer her a price much much lower price. Some girls do give in and others do not. I know it can be a real pain in the ass sometimes as I have found out a number of times, but f**k it, its her loss, and you just move on. It does take alittle practice. It took me like my 5th trip before I stop being such a nice guy to these girls when it comes to prices. You will also get the 'I need money for my baby' do not fall for it.

Just never pay over 200, 000 peso for any girl unless she spends 2 or 3days with you. Take it easy
