I'm no longer in Butuan. There are no bars in Butuan where you will get lucky enough to pick up girls (I've tried). They are very, very shy. Also, most bars / discos are very small. You will have to meet chatmates. In the past I've preferred to bring them from nearby Gingoog (2 hours) or Bayugan (45 minutes). This time I got lucky with the two individual girls who lived in Butuan. Its very possible you will also get shut out: province girls are famous for saying they will meet you, then about 1/2 will find a reason to either ignore you, or just refuse to come.
