Thanks for intel. In Nong Khai I never looked any further than on Mi Chai Road and the other parallel street closer to the river. In Udon I know Samphan Thamit Road quite well but I don't think I have ever seen an internet shop, ah maybe when walking in direction of Prajak Sillapakom Road on the right hand side. Problem is probably that I never visit an internetshop when staying there in the Pannarai Hotel, and the Irish Clock before. I will check in a month's time.
