If one takes the view that 'no sex is free' then the 99% figure might be valid. Realistically, your friend is a tart and knows tarts, so of course she knows more girls who are tarts. Anyway, Estonia is an interesting mix of western and eastern European culture. Here in Finland it is quite uncommon that girls have "sponsorship-relations" with men.
