Posts: 348The Concorde on orchard is girl friendly as well. Have stayed there a few times including last night. Never had any hassles. If you're really concerned, have the taxi drop on orchard Rd rather than the front door and take the elevator to lobby, then switch to one for rooms. They're on either side away from reception so never any issues. Had a lady in my room last night.

If you want a girl friendly hotel, Holiday Inn on Orchard is the place. They have people in the lobby but anyone can walk in any time of the day or night. No key needed for the elevators, and I saw single women coming in all the time. The only drawback is if you get one that gets to possessive and will just come by when you least expect it. Almost had that happen to me. I give the hotel about 4 stars, nice accommodations and not too expensive, just a bit out of the way though it is next to a place called Diamond Club where single men can't enter unless escorted by a woman. I guess it is their place to unwind. I saw a few good looking ones go in but didn't get invited to join them.

Okay, enough of the sarcasm. All Singapore hotels are girl-friendly, and reading more of this forum will help you learn a lot more useful stuff.

Your situation is not uncommon to mine when travelling, there are a few options generally:
1. Don't bring girls back to the hotel. Yeah, that sucks, but is it what it is. I was *almost* caught by co-workers once at the Mandarin Oriental and that's enough for me! Geylang or those cheaper hotels arranged through other forums are the best bet.
2. Suss out if the hotel has any alternative entries to the main lobby. Could be from a lower ground car park or an attached shopping mall, could be via an upper floor for meeting rooms, functions etc. If so, try that – although there still remains the risk of having the elevator doors open and a fellow staffer walk in on you and your squeeze (in which case you try to pretend you're not with the girl, she is just a guest like you, but that doesn't always work).
3. Get an extra room key cut at check-in (I always get three key-cards instead of the usual two) and if you meet the girl outside of the hotel – could be Brix or OT, or could be a working girl from WeChat who you arrange to meet somewhere outside and away from the lobby (again, an attached shopping centre / food court works well here) you can give her the key and room number, and have her follow you into the hotel a few minutes after you and go up to your room separately. Note: as a security measure, if for any reason the girl bails, you want to go to the lobby and tell them you lost your card, have them cancel the current cards and cut new ones.

Hi,
Sorry for asking. I have RTFF and understood that all hotels in Singapore are "girl friendly".
But can the girl go directly to my room without passing by the reception desk?
Or do I need to pick her up or register her?
I am in a company event and half my company are in the same hotel.
We are staying at Oasia hotel Novena.
Many thanks in advance.

Posts: 7Mandalay Bay. Ce La Vie Question
Hi guys,
Recent newbie to the forum here. I'm travelling through Asia in July for business and have a couple free nights in Singapore. I was thinking one night I'd stay at the Hyatt and try Brix and for the other night I was curious about staying at Mandalay Bay Sands. I saw on some websites that the Ce La Vie bar on top has some high-quality girls available. Can you guys vouch for this? I'm fine paying slightly higher for LT in my room as long as the quality is there and it's GFE. Been looking at older forum posts and haven't come across anything about this yet so would appreciate some wisdom. Thanks.
