I had been to Kharkov around a month ago for some days: clubs and discos are full of hordes of horny Turkish guys getting there by a Turkish low cost company (Pegasus), they are generally very pushy so girls are always on the defensive. Just very few girls can speak at least some words of English, so russian is mandatory. I went also to a strip club (Casta), some nice girls but takeout was not possible. By day I explored the P4P scene with the help of a taxi driver who called for me a list of apartments that I had previously selected on internet: I visited 6 or 7 of them (it seems they are all mafia controlled) but I was disappointed by the quality of girls which is just average or even below average. Eventually I tried 2 of them: a slim brunette with small tits who spoke at least some words of English, paid 1500 UAH +500 UAH for OWO but service was very poor: too much lube and she even asked me to come quickly because she had pain in her pussy. I asked for DATY and DFK but they were not on the menu. No GFE at all. I rate 6/10 the girl and 2/10 her service. The next day I tried another apartment, chose a brunette with big tits, no english at all, paid 1000 UAH + 300 UAH for FK. I asked for OWO and DATY but they were not allowed. Sex was slightly better, but this girl did not put any effort in the social time to try to have a conversation. I used google translator to try to talk to her but her only answers were Niet or the (Yes or No in Russian). I rate 5/10 the girl and 5/10 her service. No GFE.

All in all not a memorable experience: I would recommend Kharkov only to russian speakers that can have some chance with freebies and do not mind elbowing with Turks in clubs, the P4P scene seems to me to be just a waste of time.

I've read your last report from April 2. It is informative and believable. And if it is true, I'd go straight to Kharkiv, even skipping Kiev.

But I just don't know what to believe when some or most others here in this forum seem to be saying Kharkiv is not a place to go for mongering.

Can you or anybody offer any explanations?

I've been in both cities, 2 times in Kharkiv and many times in Kiev.

The fist time I was in Kharkiv, it was easy to get pretty girls for a much cheaper price than in Kiev. Of course you need to use Russian more than in Kiev. Second time was harder, but I still could manage to go to some apartments and to have a good time. However I ended up a few times without sex at the end of the day, because everything went wrong. Anyway it happens to me the same in Kiev, so for me both cities are equal, just easier in Kiev if you agree to pay quite a high price, what I usually don't.

I live in Kharkov and visit Kiev often. I have a pretty good feel for both cities.

I think the people who do not appreciate Kharkov do not spend enough time here. It is not an especially pretty town. Kiev is much nicer. It is also much easier to get information about the local scene in Kiev. The Kiev forum is full of details so people can be prepared on where to go and what to do. Kharkov lacks such detail, therefore people who arrive cannot always find what they are looking for. But there is a good scene in Kharkov, it is cheaper and more open.

Kiev is Kiev. A known quantity. Kharkov takes a little more effort to get to and to explore. Some people will not find that attractive.

Don't trust a "Harry Hirsch". He is a smart aleck with no real experience in "our business". Kharkiv is a good place if you want to find girls. There are dozens of strip-clubs and it's more easy to find girls if you are not shy.
