The Sunshine Hotel on Soi 8 is great. You can find it on AsiaTravel.com. You are half a block from the beach. You just have to walk out of the hotel and you will see hundreds of girls at the beer bars. The cost is about $23US a night. I will be back there on the 27 of July for my 10th trip. I am taking my 17 year old son. Its time to break him in and see the rest of the world.

Billpsu I returned from Pattaya on May 18th and this is what I paid.

Beer Bar 200 to 300 baht bar fine. 500 baht ST, 1000 LT full service.

Go Go Bar 400 to 600 baht bar fine. 500 baht ST, 1000 LT full service.

I pay the ladies based on performance and I do not negotiate. The beer bars are filled with lookers if you slow down on the drinking and take your time finding them. Don't forget Soi Diana, Soi Buakhao, and Soi LK Metro. You will find some great performers off the beaten path. If you don't have a map just ask someone. Walking Street is overpriced in my opinion, but if you must go Club Boeshe is incredible. The tips requested by the ladies are obsurd in the nicer Go Go bars but hey spend what you must to have a great time. I hope this helps you out.

i have had relationships on trips to pattaya with traditional massage girls, a service girl at big c, and tourists. i think many girls in pattaya are open to having fun, and [CodeWord117] and day trips are great for dates. any personal interest shown by a girl means the chance to pick her up exists. if she asks questions like if you have a thai girlfriend or mentions that her holiday is coming up then the door is wide open...

however, this does take time and you might not score on the first date, and these girls get extra angry if their friends report seeing you in town with another girl. i consider these relationships a diversion from the status quo on my long vacations. if your trip is short, you will be better off sticking with the beer bars. the outcome of those encounters are at least sure! hehe

In my experiences, it's not a bad thing to keep contact with any gal as long as the chemistry between you are in good spirits. But only and I do mean "ONLY" if the word money never came up in any of the discussions either in person or on-line (and this includes any sob stories on her life and support of any friends or family). If any of the above is true then she is only staying in contact with the hopes of milking you in the future. Some gals(although rare) are truly interested in being your friend with no strings attached--but like I said, these are the rare ones.

Why can’t a P4P girl in LOS have genuine feeling for an older man?

Tors ham, I understand your question. I think a lot of guys fail to see the trees for the forest. This is how I see it (IMHO):

I may not be "old" but my experience is that I definitely easily can find girls in Thailand that is "seriously" interested in me as a person. Well, as I know most people here are cynics - what do I mean whit that?

See it from the other side, and ask your self: what is REALLY the difference between the ladies you been together with in your home country and the ones that have expressed a sincere interest in you in Thailand?

My best guess is the following: if you never have had a strong personal bond to women from your home country - you won't find it in Thailand. If you easily can have a strong bond with non-P4P-women you will find that P4P-women very often get attached to you.
