Unfortunately there are some custom problems with posting to Canada, so I don't post there, sorry about this. But I do post to use, uk, and europe. Without any problems. However there could be delays or custom fees when posting to Europe due to the uk leaving the eu on Jan. 1st 2021.

There's something odd I noticed. The legal generic Tadalafil I buy in Europe seems to be less potent than the non legal tadalafil I used to buy from India. Maybe those foreign pharmaceutical companies are adding extra tadalafil to their pills to keep their customers happy. In the country where I live that would not be possible. There are rules and regulations to follow and if they state that the pill; contains 20 MG than it has to contain exactly 20 MG. Or maybe I'm just imagining this and getting older.

1. what is the best time to take a combo tab of 10 MG tadalafil + 40 MG dapoxetine? At breakfast time? Immediately after breakfast?

Is it ok to take it without food (say 3-4 hours after lunch or dinner) or just prior to sex? How many hours before sex?

How many hours / days will effect of 1 tab last?

Is 1/2 tab more preferable than 1 tab?

How many days gap after taking 1 tab?

Please suggest the best strategy for the best experience without any discomforts of headache, sinking low BP feeling etc.

2. tadalafil or dapoxetine cannot raise libido. Is DHEA effective to raise libido? I don't wish to do testosterone because of side effects.

3. will it be safe to take a combo tab of 10 MG tadalafil + 40 MG dapoxetine with DHEA? Any report of interactions?
