I think I have narrowed down my massive post-nasal drip to Sildenafil. It doesn't respond to Symbicort like bronchitis did and it feels like it's located higher up and not in the lungs. I ended up in Frankfurt (Germany) with no pills. I went to see the sex-shops and they don't have Viagra but they will happily sell you "Powertabs". Ingredients listed are all horseshit herbs and what not but reading online, I saw this was banned in many European countries years ago as tests showed it contained Sildenafil. So I went back and bought two pills as they're way way overpriced. They'll happily sell you ONE pill for 10 euros. One of the sex shops had a "great deal", selling two for 15 euros. Generic Levitra does exist in USA. I just paid about $120 for 20 tablets of 20 MG each from my local pharmacy using GoodRx.com discount.

About 4 years ago I purchased some generic Levitra in Mexico and then 2 years ago I purchased name-brand Levitra from a street vendor in Bangkok (stupid me). Neither of those did anything for me at all. Money wasted. The USA pharmacy generic Levitra works beautifully. From this point forward I'll buy all my meds at USA pharmacies.

Testosterone therapy can be a very positive thing. Your primary care doctor might test your testosterone and prescribe something, but a urologist specializing in sexual health (or something similar) will have far better understanding. There are several testosterone options and they can run from inexpensive to outrageously expensive. Daily gel can be extremely expensive, but can have absorption problems. Implants are much less expensive than daily gel and will last for about 3 months. Bi-weekly at-home injections also work effectively and are very low cost. I want to stress the importance of seeing a urologist with the right specialty. I would not trust my primary care doctor for testosterone replacement.

If you go on testosterone therapy, be sure that your doctor does regular blood work to check for possible associated problems (e.g., beware of elevated PSA levels).

Yes I used Levitra exclusively before I started traveling internationally. I liked it better than Viagra back then (10+ years ago). But I switched to generic sildenafil because it's so easy to buy OTC in many countries. Even in Medellin I have not been able to find generic Levitra (vardenafil). Please provide details if you know a pharmacy that sells the generic because they want like 150 mil for 4 pills of Levitra. I've never used Levitra for more than a couple days consecutively so no idea if it would solve my rash problem with many days of continuous use.
