It is not uncommon. More common then you would think. Many people report having muscle cramps after taking it, some are severe enough, internal leg cramps, that they go to the Hospital thinking it could be a blood clot. Cialis opens up the blood vessels so it is easier to get cramping. If it is severe then stop taking it, no erection is worth severe pain. If it is mild discomfort and you are satisfied with Cialis performance then you should not be worried too much.

I assume you are not seeing a doctor for your prescription, if this is true and you want to keep medicating with it, I'd go talk to your doctor about the drug interactions with you first before you continue. I'm not sure what else you might be taking but Cialis can have some interesting interactions so be careful. Also it depends on your level of taking. Are you doing 20 mg then 10 mg daily or 10 mg then 5 mg, how long have you been taking it, how often do you take it, what was your doseage you took, etc.

But basically, muscle cramps are more common then you would think.

Yes I know... I got some tooo, but nothing serious, let's say a little bit more than a discomfort mosly in the higher part of the leg and some in the back... slight. Moslty after heavy sexual activity so may be it's not only Cialis acting!

usually Cialis stay in system up to 36hrs. My personal experieance is with 10mg and 3 rounds over 12hrs time frame,so it is very possible that your friend did his action with 20mg.

Tansak KTV, thanks for the reply. Yes you are right in that I managed to purchase Cialis without a prescription, I have not seen a doctor. I don't really have ED problems it is more of a performance pill for me. The Cialis I purchased were 20mg i.e. the strongest dosage, that was all the pharmacy had, I would have preferred to purchase 10mg. I have taken the 20mg pills before and not had a problem, however whilst on holidays recently I took a second pill after the first only 24 hrs later. This is where the problem with the cramping arose. I believe that a full 48 hrs needs to be left between taking a second successive pill. I have bought a pill cutter and in future will cut the pills in half. Also when my batch of Cialis runs out if I buy it again I will only buy 10mg. For the future I reckon I will stick with Viagra 50mg which I have used before, works well with no side effects for me. Also it lasts about 4 hrs which is all I need really, I find the Cialis stays in the circulation system for too long, up to 36 to 48 hrs.

I was in the Dominican Republic last week. That's the home of La Pela (generic tadalafil). They sell it in grocery stores and gas stations. I got a package of four pills from my hotel front desk for 300 pesos. (approx. $8.50) I've never taken ANY type of ED medication before, but I didn't have a lot of time in the DR and didn't wanted to be slowed down racking up as many chicas as possible.

After reading the blogs and forums, and paying attention to other guys' experiences, I decided to take HALF of one pill, just to test it. I had a vision of walking around unable to hide a blue-steel boner. What would I do??

Here's what happened to me: Nothing. After a couple of hours, no effect on my temperatore, no pain, no congestion, no sniffles, and most noteably, nothing out of the ordinary down below. The next day, same thing. Many reviews say the effects last up to 36 hours.

They're about equally effective, but of course Cialis lasts longer. The only downside of this is that thanks to its vasodilative effects, Cialis sometimes also gives me a stuffy nose for ~36 h.
