I bought the Priligy (damn pricey for just 3 tablets). However, I don't feel it works that effective or at least make it less sensitive or prolong the session. Just sharing my experience here.

Relatively new. But been around for a couple of years actually. I usually just order online. Haven't done any mongering in Malaysia so can't answer that. Again, buy the generic (Poxet) if you are going to try, as the brand name (Priligy) is seriously high priced.

I just bought some horny goat weed the other day. It has 500mg of horny goat weed, along with 300mg of Maca. I've been taking it twice a day.

To be honest, I got this not for sexual purposes as much as to increase my energy levels. I have read online that Maca is especially good for that.

So far I haven't noticed any difference, either sexually or energy wise. Quite disappointing. Perhaps I need to use it for a couple of weeks before it kicks in? Maybe I need to try another brand, or maybe powder form instead of capsules? Any suggestions from guys who have used this stuff before?

FDA: 'Male enhancement' products deliver more than you bargained for.

Three 'male enhancement' products being sold online say they're all herbal, but they contain hidden prescription drug ingredients and could be dangerous, the Food and Drug Administration said on Thursday.

The three contain compounds similar to the active ingredients in the erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra and Cialis, the FDA said. They can cause serious problems in men being treated for heart disease and should not be taken without a doctor's supervision.

The names of the three products. 'Rock-It Man', 'Libido Sexual Enhancer' and 'Stiff Days'. Leave little doubt what they are supposed to be used for. But while they are marketed as alternatives to the prescription drugs to be used without the guidance of a doctor, they are in fact virtual copies, without any oversight to ensure they are safe.

'FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that 'Rock-It Man' contains the undeclared ingredient hydroxythiohomosildenafil. Hydroxythiohomosildenafil is structurally similar to sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, an FDA-approved prescription drug for Erectile Dysfunction (ED) , ' the FDA says in a statement.

'This undeclared ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. Men with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates. '

Testing confirmed similar findings in 'Libido Sexual Enhancer' and 'Stiff Days".

Anyone who has bought any of the products should just toss them, the FDA advises.

'Consumers who have experienced any negative side effects should consult a health care professional as soon as possible, ' it adds.

'This notification is to inform the public of a growing trend of dietary supplements or conventional foods with hidden drugs and chemicals. These products are typically promoted for sexual enhancement, weight loss, and body building, and are often represented as being 'all natural. ' FDA is unable to test and identify all products marketed as dietary supplements on the market that have potentially harmful hidden ingredients. '

I've tried many "herbal" products. Cocoa powder is one of the best, due to the antioxidants it contains. Dissolve one tablespoon of cocoa powder in a cup of hot water and sweeten to taste. It will take at least 8 hours before you notice any improvement. Do that every day and it will build in your system to the point that there is always a slight boost in erections, with no timing issues. If you don't like hot cocoa you can eat dark chocolate bars. The ones with 70% cocoa are best, but are also bitter.

To get an additional temporary boost, take one teaspoon of powdered nutmeg on an empty stomach. It tastes bad, so spoon it into your mouth dry and wash it down with water. It starts to work about 4 hours later and peaks in effect about 6 hours after ingestion. The combination of cocoa and nutmeg is very significant, but of course not as good as Viagra. They are for those looking for an extra little boost.

Swedish flower pollen extract (rye pollen) works well to boost semen volume, but you have to take it for two weeks before it takes effect.

Most "herbal formulas" in capsule form only work well if they contain undisclosed illegal generic Viagra or Cialis. Those with Yohimbe extract can also work, but most users report bad side effects.
