    Thanks for the post Dickhead

It is good to tell the unvarnished truth.

    I too, prefer BA.

I have learned that if you develop a "relationship" with the girls --as in repeat customer-- the level of the sex goes up. Sometimes way up.

Well, I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy yourself. But, there are none like "mi Buenos Aires Querido."

    A month in Medellín

background: highly experienced monger, live in south america, speak fluid spanish. obvious gringo appearance, pushing 50, not fat or bald. had a back problem that affected me for about half the trip and affected my experience and possibly my attitude.

summary: beautiful weather, decent food, okay prices. people unfriendly or very shy or both, very dangerous day or night, lousy mongering, wnr.

mansion: stayed here the first four nights. great staff and nicely done rooms. breakfasts good to very good. lack of common areas a huge minus. never saw anyone in the pool. too far out to walk many places. **** girls hanging around. $60.50 us for a shared bath is a lot to pay. aussie greg moderately helpful; drives like a fucking maniac. i would ask him questions like "is so and so available?" or "how much does so and so charge?" and he would tell me (politely) to ask them. this type of question, i want to know the answer before i ask it, for better negotiating position. that was suboptimal.

clubs: visited two on calle 33, san diego and another one close by whose name i forget. one had very ugly girls and the other had some hotties who wanted 150k which is too much if you live in south america. that does include the room but who cares if you have your own place? i did get digits and saw one at my apartment for 100k. really nice looking, totally disinterested, everything covered.

visited several in town, one of which i liked but promised not to post about. liked it less after i got mugged not too far from it by guys who i am pretty sure followed me out of there. got quotes of 80k but never did session there because it always seemed i was there after i had just had sex in one of the

massage parlors: went to several, of which i like energy the best. but really the chicas were all the same. only the facilities differed. some were pretty nice people, none were horny, none gave bbbj, none gave good blow jobs. probably fucked around ten chicas in these places and not a single memorable experience. prices were around 60-80k an hour.

la mayorista: went there twice. you gotta be kidding me. fucking disgusting and a damn long way to go.

streetwalkers: met some friendly ones in calle 33. met some scary ones downtown. lots of trannies. never seriously considered this option.

transit system: metro was okay but not much fun with no food or drink allowed nor sold, machine guns everywhere, and silent people staring straight ahead. no comprehensive bus guide available that i ever found but the buses were okay. i did take the combi to the airport on the way back and recommend it for 5000 pesos. i think you get it on calle 55a or thereabouts but it is pretty obvious. near the parque bolivar. taxistas drove like maniacs, which is normal, but also i smelled alcohol on a couple of them. one did the old switch the 20k note for a fake, which i spotted right away. invited him to call the police. he did. they sided with him so i had to pay 5,000 (all i had in my pockets) of a 13,000 meter (which was not correct either) plus the 20,000 he burned me for. that really sucked.

apartment: rented one for two months for $500 us a month, three bedroom two bath on calle argentina and carrera i think maybe 43. very new building. did not look at any other places, did not negotiate, probably overpaid, didn't really care. all low quality everything and hot water only worked if you turned the pressure way down. no hot water in the kitchen. paid no deposit so left after one month since i wasn't having a good time.

booze and drugs: i liked the popular beer brands but never got a buzz and finally realized they were very low in alcohol, like 4%. the alternative, brava, was not as tasty but a much better value at 6.5% alcohol for the same price. not impressed with club medellín rum and aguardiente is pretty foul.

but i did enjoy the marijuana. i was buying "joints" for 1500-2000 pesos but i think locals pay 1000. bought mostly in parque or plaza periodista near my apartment. i would take these "joints" apart and roll four. it was creeper too. the maids (at the apartment, not the mansion) stole some and also stole some xanax which i hope they oded on. this weed came in very handy given the combination of noise and early morning light in my apartment, combined with severe back pain. talked to some guys who bought from hector at the mansion and the price he charged them was ludicrously high.

safety: in addition to the successful mugging which cost me $4k pesos, about $1.75 us, plus a pair of eyeglasses that cost 100 times that much, two guys tried to rob me in broad daylight in pleno centro, and when i split one of the guy's heads open, the cops wanted to arrest me: "excessive use of force against a colombian citizen." he had his hand in my fucking pocket for christ's sake. that was about the last straw and i made arrangements to cut my trip short.

lots of very aggressive beggars who follow you around. absolutely nobody on the streets in my supposedly nice neighborhood after about 9 or 10 pm. i had bartenders in el centro advising me to have one beer and get out fast.

conclusion: i don't understand what the fuss is all about. i was totally disappointed. can you say "starfish"? maybe if you live in the us this place is great. the weather is definitely great. if you live where i live, the mongering is a total joke. i didn't even bother the last week. i fucked some 40 year old divorcee in my building instead. she wasn't that great either.

oh yeah, and got a lot of anti-american sentiment here too, which is well deserved but rather blatant.

just one monger's opinion, of course.

    Damm Col Bog,

Damm Col Bog you write a good report! I agree with the beds at Kamasutra being, so-so, but the light in the room is really nice and the free porn is cool and a nice twist. I have visited a few places in Medellin where the rooms were dark as hell and being a visual stimulated person it sucked in a bad way. Sebastin, the dude that runs the place is cool and he speaks english pretty good, so it makes it nice for my Spanglish! I usally have Carolina or Angie, both are petite and friendly, the price you paid is the new rate, he raised the price a bit after the first of the year but if you were a regular like me he still charges the same price as before. The 2 girls for one is a definate must do, just let the first girl you select choose the partner and insist she give a good Lesbian show for you. They have thier girlfrinds ya know! Happy Mongerin and keep up the great reporting.

    Julieth at Kamasutra

As Chipper recommended Kamasutra (Calle 53 42-74) I decided to have a look.
I arrived around 4pm and after climbing to 3rd floor, I was asked to seat to have a presentation.

Prices were 40K for 30 minutes or 60K for 60 minutes, they also had a special fare for 2 girls that I don’t remember, but it was reasonable, they didn’t proposed any drink.
Girls are located in 2 different rooms and I was presented to 12 girls one by one.
They arrive with little clothes, shake hand, say their name and leave.

I saw 3 to 4 doable girls in that presentation, but it was hard to decide which girl to choose. On normal time, I always choose tiny cute, but I was very impressed by a tall (1,7m) fin Trigueña : Julieth.

She was just smiling and was “charming”, so I decided to go with her.

As I didn’t had much time, I was not to sure if I would go for 30 or 60 minutes, then the place keeper proposed me to pay 60 minutes and that if I would only take 30 he would give me my extra money back.

So I paid 60, enter the room and wait for Julieth.

Room was good enough, with a street window and a curtain, but light was good.
They had a mattress in bad shape on the floor, a massage table and a TV with porn going on.

She arrived, put a clean sheet on the bed, and starts to kiss me and to move her splendid body to put me hard and then, left for a quick shower.

When she came back, we started the serious thing, and I sucked her pussy and ass for a while, meanwhile she was giving me a good HJ.

She wouldn’t let me finger her ass, so I didn’t insist.

After that she covered me and gave me a very good BJ. She really has a very good oral technique, and she teased my ass with a finger while she was blowing me.

I asked her to finger me and keep blowing, meanwhile I was eating her pussy and ass and watching a girl been ass fucked on tv.

It was so good, I couldn’t resist very long and exploded.

She then took the condom out, cleaned me a little bit and laid down by my side.
After a few minutes rest to let me recover, we started to talk and she finished telling me about her most strange customers.

It was very funny, this girl could write a book with all her stories.

Julieth comes from Cartagena and she is really good and nice.

    I warmly recommend her.

She told me that she used to go to the mansion so I suppose some of you will recognise her.

She agrees to go out if you call her (especially foreigners) Send me a PM for the telephone number.

EDITOR'S NOTE: I certainly hope that the author or somebody else will post a link to this report in the Reports of Distinction thread. Please Click Here for more information.

    Morphed

Thanks to all for the wonderful insights.

So looks like this trip is morphing into an itinerary:

1st 2 nights MM and Whitelight on the back end.

Surfer, I'll take one for the team and provide some reconn info.

Scoobz, you're right gotta stay connected

and Cube, have respected your game since before WSA lost Colombia.

It will be interesting to compare/contrast with Santo Domingo.

I have a feeling I may not be thinking about hoops too much while there!

Whitelight's Place Looks to be Much Good Value at $45

Even more than the price of chicas, lodging costs in MDE are going through the roof. $45 is downright cheap compared to what others are charging (best rooms at MM are almost a C note nowadays). 2 years ago I could get the 5 star FourPoints (literally beneath the Oviedo Mall) for less than $80 including breakfast for 2.

Far be it for me to endorse ANY spammer, but Jackson's policy is to allow it so I won't rock the boat (which couldn't tip over anyway, given the number of mongering residences in MDE these days).

Somebody (Valchester?) outta check out WhiteLight's place and report back. Call Hector to act as guide and you'll see more (and better) mongering spots than guests of the high priced monger joints. Roberto knows as much (or maybe even more) than Hector, but no need to pay double for the room when Hector will be happy with $10 per hour and that includes your transportation all over the valley.

I agree with Cuba places like the Mansion, Castillo or VIP are great place to cut through all the crap and wasted time when learning to ply the mongering hobbie in a new destination. The staff's know all the hot spots and will make your short time there much more enjoyable and productive. They also have internet access.

The Mansion will for sure have march madness

Looking forward to a Divine experience and appreciate the insight.

BTW, any idea where I can catch March Madness while there? Any sports bars or do most decent apts have a satellite signal?
The Mansion will for sure have march madness available as they did last year.

I can't speak for VIP or any other apartment.

If this is your first trip and you only have 3 days in Medellin and you want March Madness for sure, I advise a stay the Mansion. It will save a lot of your precious time on such a short stay.

It's a great promotion that I have used in the past. I had a round trip from Miami to Medellin and got the added round trip Medellin to/from Catagena.

Even if there is no promotion, there are several daily flights to and from Cartagena and air travel is the best way to conserve your time for exploration of both cities.

Great tip Cubanut... how long is the flight? and how often do they run??

Any advice or insight would be appreciated!

    Agree With Tom Completely

In addition to the long, unpleasant bus journey, DO keep in mind that the road from MDE to CTG passes through areas NOTORIOUS for illegal roadblocks and crime. The Striking Viking got kidnapped off that road.

With the exception of CTG-BAQ and CLO-MDE, travel between major cities in Colombia is best done at 30,000 feet.

The bus takes 12 hours on a good day. I'd fly.
