For you would-be photogs out there, there is an article on Livedoor news which is reporting an amateur photographer and his model were arrested when he photographed up her skirt in a park.

Parents alerted police when they saw the two taking pics, and thought the behavior was dubious.

Granted this is a public park with kids, but then again beaches are public places with kids.

Interesting - this is a p4p incident in Osaka, but I've seen professional versions of this once or twice in and about Tokyo.

A photographer and a model in an overcoat covering a skimpy outfit on a pedestrian overpass or in somewhere near an alley, discretely taking photos without the overcoat as adults walked by. By the looks of their photography equipment and the quality of the model, these look like professionals taking photos for some magazine - not your average joe taking shots, like your Osaka taxi driver in the article.

Afraid nothing is anonymous here. Our postings, if one wants, can be easily traced. Just asked the people downloading videos, music etc. that were sued, charged and fined by the courts. All Entertainment Industry had to do was sue and get the ISPs to pony up their archived records. Quite simple - local IP address and MAC ID are unique.

As we all know, local cops can be quite excited when it come to "Gaijin". Should these pics ever receive complains - I can see it becoming a very good PR shit for them to chase it like there was no other crime. Just remember when they search - this potentially exposes all of us.

Uploading photos of anyone without their permission is akin to violating what are now being called "image rights" in Japan. Of course the chances that the girl will find this website and see her own photo are infinitesimal.

Tell that to ni-chan where people upload photos of others every day. There would be NO way for the authorities to prove that YOU uploaded them, so either you are just WAY too paranoid or no nothing about networks or just being disingenuous in order to be contrary.

Even if they found your keitai with said photo, you can say that you found it on the internet and saved it because you thought it was kawaii.

Anyway in Japan there are laws and then there are laws. Recently you can have your camera erased for taking photos of people in public if the pictures are at all compromising (as at a beach.) Depending on how lurid the pics are, you can be arrested. EsPECIALLY if the girl has complained about it.

The same in Korea. Recently, this summer, two SEAsians were arrested for taking photos at a beach without the women's permission. Course, nothing was done to the Sports newspaper photographers who actually published their own photos. As you say, there are laws and there are laws. In Korea, the difference is between having Korean skin and having dark skin.

Yes, thanks. I do know about the law. Since I was with women when I took the pictures, I figured I wouldn't be targeted by police or other do-gooders. Also, my camera was full of other pictures of friends, coastline, fishing boats etc.

I was just trying to spice up the photo section a bit!

It may seem like the possibility of a girl finding her picture here is "infinitesimal", but don't underestimate the rabid nature of 2x4. He seems to feel so strongly about this that I wouldn't be surprised if he hacks into ISG just so that he can get me arrested.

note: earlier I posted a candid 1945 picture of a sailor kissing a woman on a New York street.l Several women claim to be the lady in the picture, but no one knows. I guess the phographer would have missed that KodaK moment if he had asked for permission and gotten model release forms.

The girls I have pose for my photos are all aware that I am taking their pictures and they all consent to the fact that I am taking a picture of their fine ass. Some of the girls in your photos are not aware and have not given consent.

My main problem with your photos is that they go against the spirit of this forum. Look in the forums from other countries. Do you see people posting photos of unsuspecting hotties or girls they have fucked?

Overwhelmingly most forum users post photos of girls they have fucked (many of whom are in fact hotties!!). Girls that are aware of the fact that their pictures are being taken.

Post some pics of girls you that willingly pose for you and you will have my respect. Actually you have posted some of these and I don't have a problem with those photos.

I think most of the long time residents of Japan on this forum would agree your non-consentual photos are out of place on this forum. Most of the newbies are probably happy to see the eye-candy and opinion will split along those lines.
