    Consent

Thanks X man for explaining my sarcasm to Osaka guy.

The girls I have pose for my photos are all aware that I am taking their pictures and they all consent to the fact that I am taking a picture of their fine ass. Some of the girls in your photos are not aware and have not given consent.

My main problem with your photos is that they go against the spirit of this forum. Look in the forums from other countries. Do you see people posting photos of unsuspecting hotties or girls they have fucked?

Overwhelmingly most forum users post photos of girls they have fucked (many of whom are in fact hotties!!). Girls that are aware of the fact that their pictures are being taken.

Post some pics of girls you that willingly pose for you and you will have my respect. Actually you have posted some of these and I don't have a problem with those photos.

I think most of the long time residents of Japan on this forum would agree your non-consentual photos are out of place on this forum. Most of the newbies are probably happy to see the eye-candy and opinion will split along those lines.

I am still waiting for your subway upskirt photos of unsuspecting J babes. I am not kidding man I get pantie shots everyday on the subway, just like when I am at the beach. Hey its a public space. Go for it. It's totally legal. The only difference is that the girls will be aware that you are taking their pictures. Good luck.

Mud slinging is inmature. Stick to the issue. Oh but that would mean acting like a man...... kind of like getting girls to consent to you taking their photos.

Well, I made the effort to creat an alternative talking place, and Jackson has used his magic to create a whole new place for discussion.

Time for NicFrency to post a picture, if he has one.

I am not sure about the legal situation, but those reports about the lifeguards dragging horny photographers to the cops is a regular item on the Japanese news.

I suppose that is one of these situations where it is always illegal in principle, but only enforced where people complain, i.e. at the beaches?

Anyway, IŽd prefer to see provider pics rather than beach pics here.

so if i stumble across britney speers or some other celeb sunbaking topless on the beach, take a photo, sell it for some impressive sum of money to a few magazines who publish it all around the world, that is not tolerated, or illegal?? it certainly wont stop millions of people buying the magazine to have a look. what is the ethical difference if there happens to be some nondescript member of the public also in the photo.

thousands of images appear in newspapers, books, on tv, even in movies, of people going about their everyday business, and who just happen to be in the photographers line of view when he takes a photo. perhaps they didn't want their photo taken or to appear in public view, but unless they specifically ask the photographer not to publish it, then nothing illegal has happened.

"perverts" are not nice, but anyone on public display in a public area should be prepared to risk being caught out.

i remember from my times in japan, a weekly mag called focus which had a section devoted to publishing amateur photos of people in embarassing situations; is it still going??

    Just this morning ...

i met a lady friend in shin okubo last night and we had sushi and then checked into a love hotel nearby. this morning, while eating breakfast in the room, we were watching the tv. flipped through the channels, and one of the morning "wide" shows was talking about the 20 year old russian sumo guy who was caught with a marijuana pipe in roppongi. of course, they had to look at the "history of gaikokujin sumo wrestlers" and the various problems they had caused over the past 45 years.

after that, the next segment was about ... perverts at beaches with hidden cameras! they said the punishment is up to a year in jail and, i think, 1 million yen. (about $10,000.) two ladies, one of them a kind of crusader in this area, would approach men they spotted surreptitiously camming and question them. one guy took the minidv tape out of his cam and broke it with his hands right then and there, after they asked him to destroy it. he was sitting at the bottom of some out-of-the-way stairs, so nobody was behind him to see what he was doing. (until the women came. they were looking down from the top of the stairs.)

the next guy they showed, they never approached him, but they showed him filming for brief periods of time, putting the camera back in a bag, then taking it out again, etc. the last guy, he was walking along the beach and they approached him to question him. he started to walk away, briskly, all the time followed by the two ladies and the tv show's cameraperson. he got away from the beach and then the police had joined in. they lost him for a while but finally found him and brought him back to the beach police box.

they showed several perverts walking along the beach with cameras, often totally clothed (how stupid can you get?!) middle-aged men with backpacks, walking through the surf.

i get the sense that when bathing suits were more conservative, men could get away with taking pics and video at the beach and even their wives would be understanding. as revealing as the bikinis have gotten these days, the public attitude has changed, it seems. it's okay for the girls to flaunt their stuff at the beach, but total strangers taking pics and vids is not tolerated anymore.

oh yeah. one guy they stopped let them look at what he had shot at the beach that day. (yeah, stupid huh? guess he thought he would get a date with one of them if he did what they asked him to do.) there were several times when he had filmed children only.

the women saw a couple young ladies tanning while laying on their backs, towels covering their heads. they told them that they were ripe for these kinds of perverts to cam them without them knowing and putting it up on the net. the girls were like, "oh ... yeah, we see ... thank you." as you might expect, they could probably care less. one couple they interviewed though, the young man said such a behaviour (secretly camming his girlfriend) could not be forgiven. many people they talked to did find this behavior creepy. fwiw ...

i have seen several tv reports of the j-police arresting men taking photos at the beach. the girls in question did not make a complaint. while some of the men taking photos were doing so to make a profit, other men were doing so innocently.

again. i think your photos are fine and harmless. i'm just bringing it up for your information.

Seems someone turned back the calendar to 1984.
    The key here is identifiable.

Taking picts of hot babes from a distance is OK if the face isn't full on or clear.

Taking closeups is fine if she says OK.

So just ask-they'll usually be flattered. And maybe you can score some digits!
