hello penbelly,

the real number ones don't spend their time posting but instead act or are very humble persons who respect others. when you talk to them or read their posts you notice at once. what do i read in your posts : a race horse or maybe a dark horse , a sexy sadie completely running off the tracks. quoting mediocre information easely available on any common forum.hope you are happy thinking you are numero uno. if you need forums to get this kind of enjoyment ( irritating other members or boring " look at me" reports and advice) i only ask you:

what is your aim? reaching the top, showing off to other people. don't you know it is lonely there.poor poor penbelly. yes you indeed need fresh air. it might open up your mind. i don't judge you or others. live and let live but at least respect others and avoid insults. wonder if you ever really enjoyed anything in your life needing this kind of entertainment.

Some of you seem to have misplaced sympathy for a few notorious trolls. Penbelly has been banned from many boards under many handles, but his modus operandi is always the same. He seeks to cause as much disharmony as he can. The Mods/Admin are then forced to intervene to prevent him from disrupting the forum and in the end, he always does like he did here - throws himself on the spears.

Another troll (the one who advocated not paying girls, using violence against them, ripping them off as much as possible) was a conman and convicted sex offender. He tried to use the boards to recruit gullible individuals to help him with his fraudulent schemes.

Guys like Penbelly don't contribute anything positive to the forum. They only hack, snipe and cut down others. Their intent is purely to disrupt, not to share experiences/information. There's a lot of doubt about whether Penbelly was ever actually in LOS. Jackson is right in banning such individuals. Besides, if any one really misses him, Penbelly is active on a Pattaya-based forum, although under a different handle.

PB is young and if he is not clown in real life, he was certainly playing the role of a clown here so he had an excuse. You are a scholar and senior citizen with more life experiences than PB and many of us on this board, so what's your excuse for so much contentiousness? Funny thing though is when you engage in any of your many disputes with all these posters, you always try to justify your actions by minimizing your involvement then claiming to be the innocent one. At any rate, it’s over now, you won, he's gone so don't let me stop the celebrations. Let’s see who is next.

We don't know that he's young or not, merely because he said so. More than one poster on here thought his sudden appearance was the return of one particular serial antagonist, who periodically turns up under new guises. He hit the ground on here being nasty and spitting venom. He deserved to be told to fuck off. BTW, not one of my posts has ever been edited by a moderator.

Until he attacked Jackson, I repeatedly advocated he be allowed free reign to post what he wanted. So, I don't get this notion of my winning. This was hardly just between him and I. There were a legion of guys on here that wanted him gone.

No, I wasn't a "model of decorum". But, he insulted me first and threatened me twice. I think that in the face of this, I remained comparatviely non-combative, choosing to view it all as more of a joke.

First, Penbelly was not "banish" from the forum, he was quarantined in his own thread.

Second, everybody participating in this forum is subject to the same Posting Guidelines, including quarantined members.

Third, I've tried the approach that Old Thai Hand is suggesting, which essentially is that I permit a quarantined member more latitude to ignore the Posting Guidelines because he is limited to a specific thread. However, this strategy has proven not to work, Nibu Rafael's hundreds of pointless rants being a glaring example.

Anyway, all of this is a moot point as Penbelly has just posted his resignation. You may read his parting comments here:

Jackson's explanations of his decisions about these ISG battles are usually well-reasoned and justified but his approach in this one is clearly not one of his better ones. Pen belly’s deleted post below about "not contributing anything of value" is equivalent to just about every other post in this thread, most of them contributed NOTHING of value, some were cheap shots and provocations meant to get under Penbelly’s skin but those weren’t deleted. Not condoning PB’s insult to the webmaster but it came from someone who reached his breaking point because of the unequal treatment he was receiving in this thread. There are so many bullshit and insulting posts all over this site, you have to wonder why this poster’s posts struck such a nerve. Anyway, it’s Jackson’s site so he can do as he pleases, including allowing me to express my dissent in this situation.

I am not familiar with this Penbelly cat but....there was a guy in the American women thread whom I took task for flagrantly talking stereotypical/racist bullshit about black people. I reported him to Jackson he did nothing. Then what about the guy who was talking about fucking and not paying WGs in Thailand. While I think it is a foul doctrine it sure was funny. I didn't think the guy should have been banned for it. Its his site but sometime I question what merits this guy to get the canned and another nothing....

Whilst its important that each forum has its hoary (or whory) old gadgies who know their places inside out and has an opinion on everyone and everything, they tend to remain within the comfort zones of one forum (obviously where they live or do the majority of their mongering).

The unsung heroes of ISG for me, are the world travelling mongers. These are those intrepid souls who post multiple reports and useful info from diverse areas of the globe. Asian Rain was one, although he tended to remain within SE Asia and is now seldom seen on ISG. Piper is another. Now you never know which forum he will pop up on next from SE Asia to Brazil, UAE to my old stomping ground of Manchester. How he finds the time and energy is beyond me.

There are a few others. The real expert mongers - we salute you GH.

I agree, why moderate the bloke's post when he's already confined here? One would guess that people coming here want to read what the guy has to say, no matter how argumentative he is.
