Why can't you directly say Trivandrum. I think their is no restriction on saying a place name or a hotel name directly in here? I can see lots of people using these kinds of multi translation words for locations and hotel names. At the beginning I also used it. Then I think, what harm it would make if we say a place name directly, unless if we are not directly pointing to someone's personal life or his identity. Also I can see the girls photos have been uploaded. Then what the point of 'free van maddhalam' and 'milk rice circle'.
