Her name is Kayra. She was with Goodgirls but no longer there. They cycle through their lineup pretty fast which is both good and bad. The only two girls who've been with them for over a year off the top of my head are Tatiana, Emily, Lyn and Betzaida. Of those, I can recommend Tatiana. Small package, cute as hell and great service. Steer clear of Emily, as a few posters have commented on lack of service and hygiene issues. I wrote a review on Lyn many months ago. She's a mixed bag. I've never tried Betzaida but she's a tad too skinny for my taste. She has a very pretty face and for guys who like super skinny girls, she might be worth a spin.
Any tips for a first time coming to visit just for mongering and food? I do not speak any Spanish, so would agencies be my best bet? Should I even try street girls? Also any tips for negotiating? I doubt I will get some of the prices people post here if they see I don't speak Spanish.
Not speaking Spanish won't be a problem. Most girls won't speak English, but honestly how much do you need to execute this transaction? And all or most vendors and restaurants will speak enough English to sell you what you need. It's a border town. You'll be fine.
If it's your first trip, honestly you should try.
- HK and the neighboring clubs within 50 feet just to feel those out.
- walk the alley behind HK. That'll give you a sense of street action.
- order up an agency girl. Any agency. They all have hits and misses. I like Musas.
Then you'll know what you like and have fun exploring the options. I'm an agency guy but some guys love HK and street girls. To each his own.
Stay in a nice hotel. Ticuan, Caesars, Ibis. They're cheap and good.
Eat away. So much good food. Oh my goodness. Gastronomica Park. Caesar's for a nice dinner. Mision 39 for an amazing but expensive dinner. Microbreweries. Honestly just come hungry.
Lots of great advice for Vicman from the pros - 2 more bits: (a) Get google translate on your phone (b) Only 2 Agencies send escorts to the Zona hotels (Cascadas, RizoDeOro): Queens and Live Latin Angels. If you get the VIP card, you can get really cheap nightly rates on Mondays and Tuesdays and be in the middle of the Zona action (street girls and club girls), albeit limited to few escort agencies. Have fun!
Goodgirls will also send to the Zona hotels. This was taken in Hotel Coahuila.
Haha, yeah, I forgot that Las Pulgas would be closed.
Some rooms at Hotel Caesar look out directly onto Revolucion and they can be noisy in regular times, but like with Ticuan things are pretty quiet nowadays.

GREAT summary, KC. I think every word was spot on.
One thing I would add, depending on when you go, Las Pulgas has been closed. I stayed at Ticuan for several nights early this month and it was silent. But yes, if and when they reopen, ask for a room on the west side. Those rooms, even when Las Pulgas was insanely loud (before the big fight), are quiet.

There are many. As Fmojo says, Hotel Ticuan is a well respected and nice hotel on Revolucion Ave. It is a 10 minute walk from the zona and most agencies will be happy to send girls there. I had one agency (Musas) refuse to send a threesome there because Ticuan wouldn't allow two guests at once. If you aren't interested in a threesome, you should have no problem at Ticuan. This hotel is right next to the Las Pulgas dance club, and some rooms can be noisy. If you are driving, the parking here is top notch. They have a wide variety of rooms, including jacuzzi suites and other fancy rooms. Girls have to check in at the front desk and show ID -- you'll get a call asking if you are expecting a visitor. Hope you aren't shy!
I like Hotel Caesar. It's about a block closer to the zona, also on Revolucion. The rooms are quite a bit cheaper, but much smaller. I don't need a fancy jacuzzi suite. The rooms are clean and serviceable. The restaurant downstairs is top notch and world famous as the place where the Caesar salad was invented. They will make it for you at your table -- it's quite a show. There is no problem taking girls here, although like at Ticuan they usually have to check in at the front desk.
If you want more privacy, consider Villa de Zaragoza. It's about two blocks off Revo, maybe a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride from the zona. It is set up like a motel, with a central parking lot and rooms that open to the outside. Girls can come straight to your room without checking in. They have renovated a lot of rooms and they have a huge variety -- I can never remember which rooms are which ("Deluxe garden" vs "Patio king" vs "Courtyard queen") Prices have gone up a lot recently but they are still decent..
Do you recommend any hotels I can stay in for 3-4 days? I want to stay at a decent hotel in a safe area. But I want to be close to the action as well. Nothing extremely fancy, but not too shady either.

You want to be "close to the action" but any hotels actually IN the zona, no matter how safe, will be difficult to get an escort at. Cascadas or Rizo de Oro or Coahuila are all safe hotels connected to the zona clubs, but you pretty much can only take girls from that club to those rooms. Most escorts won't go there.
If you are OK being a bit further from the action, consider Pueblo Amigo. It's near the border, so there's not much nearby, but only a 10-15 minute cab ride from the Zona. The hotel is a big American-style property with nice rooms and a casino on site. The casino means that girls can just come in without checking in at the front desk. So you won't get that call about a visitor. Although some girls will still check in, and some may ask you to come meet them in the lobby just for appearance's sake. I love this hotel, but it's not a short walk to the zona. I like to stay here on weekends when I prefer to avoid the zona bars.
Also, if you do choose to stay in the zona and still want escorts to come to you, consider getting a short-time love motel like Premiere or La Mansion. For about $30-50 you can get a nice private room for 4-8 hours. Some will have jacuzzis and sex swings and other amenities. The girls will have no trouble meeting you there and will come straight to your room.
Edit: Most of the above hotels are available on typical 3rd party sites like Hotels.com or Expedia. However on some you'll get a much better deal calling the hotel directly. Villa de Zaragoza usually has a much higher price online. It may be worth the higher price to not have to make an international phone call and deal with a desk clerk who might not speak English. Personally, I book online and don't worry about the few bucks difference.

Hotel Ticuan. If you book a "classic" room on their website, it's $65 a night including taxes and breakfast for two. And, it's only a few minutes from the zona.
Agencies would be your best bet for combination of price, service, and comfort. Street girls can be hard to negotiate with if you have no Spanish. If you just pay their price (which is still cheap) you don't need any Spanish. Just know that their standard price may be them pulling down their pants and bending over for 10 minutes. If you speak some Spanish and pay in pesos, you can get full service suck and fuck for 20 minutes for $20. Bar girls will be the most variety and easy, but will run you $100 for half an hour, plus $20 more for a room, plus any tips and drinks you buy in the club while making your selection.
An agency will send a girl to your hotel for an hour for $80-120. Easy breezy. Just make sure you are at a chica friendly hotel and you will have no issues.

This is the escort section. You don't negotiate, rates are already set. You don't need to speak Spanish to setup appointments. It depends on what your style is. SG's are the cheapest option but it's questionable service, only 15-20 minutes, and everything is covered. Escorts are an hour with showers, kissing, BBJ, and usually GFE. The only drawback for escorts is that they might not send you face pictures so your taking a gamble with looks.

It's as authentic as any classified ad site can be. I prefer Mileroticos but Sustitutos can have some gems. Just be careful, don't pay in advance, and have them come to you.
