Solid Review Guy, thanks for your service. I stayed in Hotel Casino Pueblo Amigo my last Tijuana trip but didn't know which escort service to contact. The hotel looked escort friendly a saw some girls walking in that had to be escorts. Dejavú club is a short walk away, I don't recommend, wasn't too much going on there. Yes. You can walk past the line to the front where the officers are checking cards and they will let you through with a SENTRI or GE card. (don't know about NEXUS).
