Hot Tijuana is legit! I've used them in the past. The girl Tania who runs that agency used to be a provider herself but retired some years ago. I never had any bad experiences with her agency but little misleading bullshit incidents that would make some not too happy. I can't remember the names but I saw two girls. One 19. The other 30 but both very beautiful and good service at $150.

I also don't agree that the $150 agencies provide stellar service all the time. YMMV like everything with this hobby.

Your best bet is to just go to HK. That's the only place to consistently find super hot girls. I don't know about "model" quality but that's probably as good as it's going to get. Don't expect great service or anything. You're looking at 200+ an hour on average. I don't think there's any agency that can offer consistent stunners. Tijuana agencies are more known for spinners and GND types that provide GFE.
