I've had mixed luck with milertocos. I had some girls show up and are somewhat like their pics and are great and some that show up and clearly were not the girl in the pics. A girl told me some gangsters posing as agencies / girls bait gringos with pictures and appointment times and go find SW's that look like the pics and "deliver" them to the hotels. Polly is a great choice. She's been around for a couple of years but she's one of the best providers in Tijuana. The only downside is that most girls will be a letdown after trying her.
