Ticuan is the most convenient if you're planning on using escorts and going to the bars in Zona Norte. Agencies, generally, won't send girls down to the Hotels around Hong Kong.

Parador does not, but gives you something like 8 hours during the week. Some, like Otay and Villa Dorada and Parador have all-night rates posted. So, show up at one of those two and get an all-night room. Then contact the escorts and tell them where you are. They'll come to you. That's the way it works. It's all first come. First served.
