If you're planning on staying overnight, keep your reservation at Ticuan and just use La Mansion to do your mongering.

Typically La Mansion rents for only 4 hours for $600 pesos. You can pay more for extra time and extra people (only two allowed for the entry fee). I believe during the week you can get 12 hour for the same price. You might be able to get away with staying there but you can't leave your stuff and come and go. Probably best to stay at Ticuan and go to La Mansion to meet your dates.
