I enjoy the funky little (Big) town. It's like going back in time before the daily radical activist crap in the USA. The easiest way is to dial +52-664-XXX-XXXX. Don't add a "1" between "52" and "664" as that was the old way of calling Mexican cell numbers. Just dial +52 then the area code and phone number.
