The easiest way is to dial +52-664-XXX-XXXX. Don't add a "1" between "52" and "664" as that was the old way of calling Mexican cell numbers. Just dial +52 then the area code and phone number.

Since I have been in Tijuana, I have experienced three escorts, and two different agencies. I have learned that its best to be proactive and that you need to plan ahead for escorts.
