have to agree. I've only found one agency that responds almost immediately, and 2 others that respond promptly. The others take their time. The reply should be instant. These are high prices we're paying, not including the motels / hotels, and then we put up with their lateness, and their often lackadaisacal service. It's crazy. Guys with money ready to spend, and you'd think the agency scheduler would be glued to the phone when a fish bites. Now with smartphones, there's zero excuse.
