I stayed at Pueblo Amigo. It's good but on the pricier side. Rooms are big and modern. It is close to the border and there are always cabs and ubers available. Girls can come directly to your room -- no need to check in at the reception or go down and approve them. No charge for guests.

It's a bit further from the zona than the hotels in el Centro, like Caesar or Ticuan. But an uber is only a couple of bucks. And it is a pretty easy walk to Zona Rio if you want to go shopping or eat in that area.

I'm a fan of Ticuan. Very clean. Reliable and reasonably sufficient WIFI for work. I am allergic to exercise, as my body will attest to. But the walk is really easy from Ticuan. 15 minutes. Now, you will have a 1 in 100 chance of convincing a standing girl to go back with you in the moment. If that's important to you, as others have suggested, Cascadas is a good bet.
