To me the bigger issue with Good girls is the hit or miss nature of their girls. For example, girls refusing to do BBBJ, CBJ, MSOG or DFK.

They can but the associated expenses might offset anything additional they earn beyond what they might at home: airfare, a 24/7 nanny (most working girls have small kids who need a babysitter) and lodging. Plus, food costs increase when away from home. For example, people in Tijuana pay 10-15 pesos per adobada taco. A similar taco (CDMX is known for al pastor) can be had for two for 11 pesos in Mexico City. You add all that up and anything extra a working girl makes might be net zero compared to just staying in Mexico City. Of course, if a chica lives somewhere in crack of my ass Mexico where they can't earn much selling ass, the math changes.

There are exactly zero reputable agencies who would do this. I know of no indies who would do this with a complete stranger. There are probably a few but the certainly wouldn't advertise it. That will take some effort and multiple visits on your part.
