What do you guys tip an escort for good service? How about for excellent service?

If she goes above and beyond, I'll tip. Usually just rounding up to the nearest convenient amount. If she performs the minimum expected, there won't be a tip.

If she is an independent, I am less likely to tip. If she is with an agency I am more likely since they are taking a cut.

I tend to pay for the chica's return Uber if she does a good job. Uber is different in Mexico and most chicas pay cash instead of having a debit or credit card connected. Uber Mexico is very cost effective and way cheaper than taxis. I've never paid more than 250 pesos which is now about 10 bucks. Most are significantly less. Since all of us pay electronically, the chicas have no idea what our cost is. They are usually very appreciative.

What's everyone's experience on mileroticos? I've found that the majority of ads on that site are fake or that the woman's picture is not accurate. I'll respond with an example. The last escort I had charged 1250 and the servicio was muy bueno so I tipped her 150 making the total 1400 which she appreciated.
