I think much the same but would like to expand a bit.

When you pick a bar girl, you pick based on seeing, watching, and talking. When you pick an escort you just see a picture and a bit of text. Easier for me to pick a bar girl.

The bar girls show up to the room 100% of the time. The escorts show up most of the time, sometimes they flake out and don't show up.

I think the bar girl prices quoted are a bit higher than I've paid and the escort prices a little lower. But, those prices depend on a lot of factors.

How so? (First off this is an average, breakdowns below.) A bar girl charges say $90 for a short time (30 minutes), plus $20 for the room. An escort charges $120 for an hour, MSOG, plus the $20 for the room, and $20 for taxi to the hotel (usually La Mansion, or Premier). Bar girl = $110 per 30 minutes, per pop. 2 pops one hour = $220. Escort = $160 an hour, MSOG

Multiple escort sites charging $100 - $125 per hour, usually with discount for second hour.

$20 taxi based on $10 per trip to and from La Mansion or Premier to Zona Norte or border.

I realize there are many other factors that can involve the cost breakdown, but they up and down for both sides. And this calculation requires that yo

u can "recharge" and get off at least every 30 minutes or less.

But in general I think the services provided by most escorts (BBBJ, DFK, DATY) and the fact that most are a lot better looking than your average bar girl vastly outweighs things in their favor. (Most web sites do not show the escort faces, but if you ask they will send you a picture.) Arranging for them is rather easy.
And any "extra" (CIM, Greek) charges are about the same for bar girls or escorts. (Some escorts will do them for the base cost.).

My suggestion really is this. Stay and party in Zona Norte, but what I suggest is that you book an escort for the afternoon or early evening when the pickings there are rather slim. Take a short taxi ride and spend an hour or two with an escort. After that go back and party in Zona Norte. Most escort services end with the girls going out at 10 PM so if you want another taste you can probably arrange it. They usually only need an hour notice. Youmight fall in love with the experience and even end up booking them for an overnight. (Usually $400 - $500 from 9 PM - 6 AM).

Anyway that's my two cents. Since I don't go down to Tijuana very often, I usually get a room at Cascades, then get an escort for the afternoon and another in the early evening. Here is my exp with this place. It's rather nice, and reasonable. You pull up, they come to you car, check you in and you drive to your gargage without leaving the vehicle. Only 1 vehicle allowed, that vehicle must be registered at check in or they won't allowed it in, I. E. If your girl drove and arrived later, she can't drive in and must park outside.

The food there sucks, they have no real kitchen so everything is microwaved, they bring the food to you and use the dumbwaiter so you never have to open the door nekkid. BOYB, and just order some ice. I always bring reds apple ale.

Why won't these agencies send girls to Zona Norte? I am only familiar with crossing the border and taking a cab directly to HK. I have not explored outside of ZN. The agencies recommended a few hotels but I have not had the confidence to go outside of ZN. I'm not even sure how far away these hotels are. First, concerning the girls. The Zona is chock full of hookers, obviously. And, in the odd hierarchy of hookers, a bar puta is rather low. If a girl is seen in the Zona, unescorted, she will immediately be branded a hooker or worse. This is immaterial to the gringos, but means a lot to the girl, especially if she's trying to be somewhat discreet. All it takes is one acquaintance to see her exit / enter a cab, and the gossip will spread like wildfire.

The Zona, despite what some may say, is a very dangerous place. Most guys just go to have fun with the girls, but there is a shitload of riff-raff there, too. Motels and hotels outside of the Zona have better security, insist on ID for rooms, etc. , and are considered safer. So, for these reasons, and perhaps others, the escorts won't go to the Zona.

Now, as to your other questions, don't take this the wrong way, but grow a pair and expand your horizons a bit. Trust me when I say that you are not the first gringo that people outside of the Zona have seen. The cab drivers speak enough English to get you to the Love Motels, and many speak excellent English. Uber English is another excellent option, as it ensures that the driver speaks English. The popular Motels are close to the border, about 15 minutes by cab, more or less. La Mansion is right next to Plaza Rio, El Premier, Villa Dorada and Motel Via are very close by, just down the Via Rapida. Google maps is your friend if you want exact locations of these places.

Learn a few Spanish phrases, they will come in handy. Llevarme al Motel La Mansion, por favor. Now an old lady once told me that you learn to do by doing'. If you really want to have fun with the girls you will force yourself to learn some Spanish. The more you practice on them, the better you become. It will pay dividends.

Many of the girls working with Tijuana escort agencies do not consider themselves to be prostitutes, they look down on the ZN and would never visit Tijuana's red-light district.

Consequently many agencies recommend you get rooms at hotels outside of ZN. An often recommended hotel would be the Ticuan, in downtown Centro Tijuana at 8th and Revolution, because girls can visit downtown Tijuana inconspicuously and Hotel Ticuan is chica friendly.

Two hotels that are both close to (or inside) Zona Norte, but yet are acceptable to some of the escort agencies are Hotel Nelson and Hacienda de Santiago. I suggest that you ask the specific agency you wish to do business with if the chica you want would be willing to go to either of these two hotels.
