You can't search for most of the popular telegram groups, they are all by invite only meaning you need to click on an invite link to enter. Invite groups won't show up in search (unless already in the group). Honestly its not hard to get an invite, they usually advertise and drop the link in the various other channels, just try doing a search within an existing channel for "t. Me" and you'll find a bunch of invite links. Over a short time I went from being in 2 to about 20+ Tijuana telegram groups just from finding links dropped in various channels. Only about 2 of these groups would I really consider 'exclusive' (I. E. You actually have to speak with someone to get invited).
