It's very noisy in the rooms but the room was clean. Due to being on that busy corner I don't recommend this place if you want peaceful sleep. Hotel baja is a good choice which is next to Caesars but across the side street. I bought 2 girls in once and the guy at the desk said nothing.

I inquired about guests before and as long as you aren't parading girls in and out you will be fine. IMO if you are an escort guy this hotel may work for you. However employees and rules change all the time. Call or email them for confirmation OR if you are thinking of using escorts get in touch with the agency and see if they go there. I guess there used to be a no you-turn sign there. If people have been waiting for a while in a long line on Padre Kino they will get pissed if you make the you-turn in front of them since a cop should be there with the tape at that point. I guess its not illegal but in Tijuana what's illegal is usually what the cop says is illegal.

The line from the roundabout back to the you-turn was 12 minutes Saturday night. This time I listened to you guys and took the long way back to the end of the line and it started way back at the turnaround. But it took only 12 minutes to get back. So it is definitely recommended.
