I have never had the nerve to compare notes. LOL But every trip, I would say 30-50% of the people I run into in the elevator are mongers. Most seem embarrassed. Especially if they are with a working girl. It's a nice hotel and maybe I'd feel a little embarrassment if I was in my hometown with an 19 year old. LOL. At Ticuan? Nah.
No embarrassment here when I'm in the common areas of Ticuan aside from hiding my boner when heading up to my room with a chica.

Did some event or game was there in Tijuana last week? Anyone experienced it or my taxi driver goofed me for more money? Any other motel in that area around same rate?? Any ideas will be a great help. Thank You.
There is Motel Via and Motel Villa Dorada on the same road as premier just more east of it. You can find both on google maps. There is also Ensueno in Otay which is owned by the same company as De Mansion.

There are all sorts of hotels in the area. Couldn't you have asked your taxi driver to recommend a couple of others? Motel Via is just down the Via Rapida from Premier. Villa Dorada is just down the via rapida from Motel Via. Motel Tijuana is right in the 5 why 10 area. Motel Paraiso is right in Centro, although it's a dump compared to the others. There are about 10,000 other, smaller, motels. You'll see the signs all over advertising rooms starting around 200 or 300 pesos.
The motels get really busy around 8 pm, although I'm surprised they had zero rooms. They might also be short staffed during the week, They may not be able to keep the rooms cleaned fast enough.

Great question. They have tried like hell to get me in there but it just hasn't happened. It just has clipjoint written all over it but I might stop in next trip.

Other than their barker being more annoying than anything? LOL It is free to shop. But overpriced and older chicas that are just average. I have not been there since they changed their name but I've heard it's the same story. You never know. You might find that diamond or someone you click with. But chances are low.

Reading is Fun'damental
Got it. Very formal. Day, hour, minute, hotel # etc. Required. Probably why I got the hand over face emoji, interesting most people have good reports and the uploaded pic's of escort chicas seem close to mercenary. Makes me go hmmm. Of course everything is a box of chocolates. And maybe due to the extra $$ and box of chocolates donated guys are able to report some nice sessions from a more seasoned type of lady. I'll keep reading and when I do dial a date I'll be sure to report back.

First time booking a room at Ticuan.
Any tips on traps to avoid with agencies or general recommendations? I like punctuality and predictability with service.
Was eyeing cumintj, sweetgirls, and mlb.
Sweetgirls has horrible return response for contact and setting up dates from my experience.
They failed twice by not returning messages on time or failing to respond at all.
Cumintj and mlb are hassle free.

Cash or Credit
Do the hotels in Mexico accept cash only to book a room or do they require a credit card? Do the short term 4 or 8 hour hotels require a credit card?

But a word of warning: I was in room 533 last weekend and the TV was busted. I even held the TV up in the air so that the shift manager could access the cables underneath but it was a no go LOL.

Those are my favorite rooms. Very comfortable. One other warning to add, those rooms sell out fast. (Even during the peak of Covid.) So if you are on the fence, don't hesitate.
