"They say it among themselves" is no excuse for outsiders to use the "N" word. Many ethnic groups have certain derogatory terms that they use within the group; but they don't tolerate their use by outsiders. White southern comedians like Jeff Foxworthy can tell "redneck" jokes; Jewish comedians tell jokes that contain Jewish stereotypes - but an outsider saying the same things would not be tolerated. Gay people sometimes call each other "queer" or "dyke", but only in certain situations.

And black Americans have used the "N" word among themselves for generations - but only at certain times, to certain people, in certain ways. It's complicated. You have to live the black American life to know when to say the word, and when NOT to say it.

But I agree that some foreigners can be forgiven for using ignorantly using the "N" word. They are not familiar with the history and social context, and only know the pop culture references.

Tithing (contributing 10% of your income) is not and never has been a primary tenet of Catholicism. You are expected to contribute what you can afford (but it better be something!). Ireland had a tithe law for a while but it was applied to both Green (Catholic) and Orange (Protestant) and was designed to fund the Anglican church after the Norman Conquest. Of course, very few Irish converted to Anglicism and eventually in the early 19th century resistance to the tithe led to the Tithe War. The Tithe War resulted in a reduction of the obligation and in the latter part of the nineteenth century the Church of Ireland was disestablished and the tithe (which by then was not strictly a tithe since it was less than 10%) went away.

Anyway tithing is more of a Protestant thing and is also practiced by LDS (Mormons). I am not too fond of LDS to say the least but they do have one thing that I kind of like. If you are unemployed the church will help you out BUT they will also send the lads around to see what you are doing to find a job. The longer you are unemployed the more lads they will send and the more often they will send them. Hint hint hint. They also established Deseret Industries, which is like a Goodwill, to provide employment for the losers and retards that comprise X% of any given population.

Every morning at 0500 hours are bombs, fireworks, and explosions!

As the world's "wealthiest" business, the Catholic Church is and has always been serious about their money / revenues. They are so serious about that 10% tide that every morning they wake-up their soldiers.

For about five (5) minutes everyday, the Catholic Church that is the "Granada Landmark" with pretty yellow paint, sets off fireworks to wake-up the neighborhood.

This week, at 0430 hours a "New Orleans Style Second Line Jazz Band" walked the streets jamming. Of course the band is 100% local, but the music was "jazzy."

For those that are lazy it may disturb the peace, but I, "Me Loaf," arise everyday at 0200 and retire at 2000 hours. (Writing these posts takes time.)

it's sad to say and recognize that the only way to engage in commercial activities in this market to "patron" (ie. slave master.) for those of us that do engage in commerce within the republic we do so for one simple reason: our dream of being / living overseas! and the dream is costly and not worth the effort!

more progressive latin american societies are worth the effort: costa rica, panama, mexico, dominican republic, and brazil are better locations to attempt the "dream" and still engage in commercial activities.

it does not matter how generous the employer is to the employee. it does not matter how much the employer want to provide 1rst world opportunities and access. it does matter that you operate in a non-patron manner. what does matter is that the employer must be patron (ie. slave master.)

patron: every employee is desechable (ie. disposable.) every employee should be compensated as little as possible. every employee is nothing more than a replacable machine lubricated with "last minute" lies / stories / "wow is me." the minute you attempt to treat an employee as a north american is the minute you will regret providing the opportunity.

24 hours x 7 days = 168 total hours per week.
9 - 5 minus 1 hour lunch - 8 hours of employment per week. 8 hours per day x 5 days per week - 40 hours.

40 hours per week of employment dictate the entire 168 hours per week, less than 25% of a person's available hours per week.

and they still don't want to do it! they still want to live "lujo" for 168, but without the activity.

i could write for hours and days, but again, simply purchase stock on the nicaraguan stock exchange and leave the pyschology and patron to someone else!

Ok, so I want to shine and show my grind! In Granada, it's FACT that very few people are shining like I! In Granada, it's FACT that I need to bring that "Black USA" flavor to the vanilla staple. In Granada, it's FACT that I'm livin' BIG, talkin' small, and snitchin' BIG on ISG.

How it's done?

(1) Hit the Managua streets in search of car dealerships.
(2) Walk and talk to the owner about his expenses. Every car sitting on the lot is costing the owner money. Of course, the owner wants to sell a vehicle, but how long and how often does that happen? The aforementioned question is applicable worldwide. The dealership has a loan to purchase the inventory (ie. cars.) The dealership is making monthly interest and principle payments. US $15,000 retail car price; interest at 8%; 60-month terms is the financing package and therefore the "nutt" is US $1,200 in interest payments per annum divided by 12-months = US $100 in interest charges for the car sitting on the lot. The car costs US $100 to sit on the dealership lot in hopes of someone pruchasing it; getting approved for financing; and driving it off the lot.
(3) So you now understand that each car is costing US $15,000 is costing the dealership US $100 in interest payments. The owner understands that, but for simplicity I have it outlined in the presentation.
(4) The presentation presents the above numbers; my business card with title; and the coast-to-coast smile of Meat Loaf. I provide the dealership, mom-and-pop dealerships, with the 7-page prospectus.
(5) I offer the dealership US $700 per month for a 1-month lease including "full coverage" insurance! This is the price of a SUV (ie. Toyota Hilux) in Nicaragua.
(6) The dealership is paying US $100 in interest payments for the car to sit on the lot in hopes of someone purchasing it: Meat Loaf is offering the dealership a US $600 profit for the same 30-days.
At month-end, I turn the car in for a different car make, model, and color. "Stayin' FRESH."
(7) I provide the dealership with a 1-month deposit.
(8) If the owner has someone bonafide to purchase the car I'm renting for 30-days then I'll show-up at the dealership for the transaction, but otherwise we have 0% contact.
(9) Television screens are removable so every month I place them into the "car of the month."
(10) The 15-inch woofers are placed into the "car of the month."

With screens fallin', sounds beatin', and a new car per month, I roll. Bringing that USA-flavor to Nicaragua.

So, I "hired" a roommate for one of the three bedrooms that encompasses my 3,000 sq. foot home covering 3-stories on Nicaragua's most valuable real estate. I really didn't like her, but like most of you, I settled for less. From expereince managing Chicas Nicas, I knew that she would not last beyond three (3) days.

Her conversation was lame! Her social skills were weak! Her initiative was "[CodeWord140] poor / pour."

Night 1: I gave her three sessions of d*ck. Mediocre p*ssy at best: Further evidence that anyone can be a mother. (I aint got no love for hoes 'cause they're "moms." Where's the love for man? Deadbeat.)

Evening 2: I asked her if she wanted to endulge in social activities on the Calzada. She asked if I wanted her to. Obviously when I mentioned the opportunity to her, it was the invitation. I told her to forget it and went outside. I aint got time for these dumb a*s people, but in Nicaragua that is the population. It takes a tremendous amount of patience to SURVIVE this country.

Evening 2: I returned from social activities lining the Calzada with hunger. As she layed upon the sofa watching cable, I informed her of my hunger. This dumb b*tch didn't cook enough food at lunch nor did she cook anything while I was drinking at the "watering hole." She attempted to prepare a meal which takes 1-hour to cook. I told her to forget it and went to bed hungry.

Evening 2: I gave her two (2) sessions of d*ck with similar boredom.

la Madrugada: I arose to start my business day at 0100 hours. As 0500 hours approached I was "Starving Marvin" and this hunger prevented me from attending the gimnasio. I went to "her" bedroom and told her of my hunger to only fall asleep.

Morning 3: I arose at 0700 which means I slept for 2-hours. I went into the kitchen and saw 0% food prepared. "Mad as all get out," I called her name. She responded. What I was really wanted to convey was that after conviction or release from government housing you will be on probation or parole or deferred adjudication and cannot / they will not let you leave the country.

Additionally, when you submit your domestic-country criminal report for foreign citizenship, temporay or permanent, the felony conviction may reduce your chances for obtaining foreign citizenship.

You must submit educational records, criminal records, mental health records, physical health records, financial records, and other historical evidence of your existence when seeking foreign citizenship. It's the same with the USA as with otheri soverign countries.
