Posts: 3474Looking for a hotel with two separate bedrooms and a nice seating area, wondered if there are any like that in Angeles? Found a nice one on airbnb after the ABC hotel, just not sure how they'd take it when me and my wingman brought back 4 girls.

You are in the new wing. He might be in the older section of the hotel.
As for distance, ABC to Margariteville is 263 m, and ABC to the start of walking street is 590 m (1900 feet).
Clarkton Hotel to W. Street is 2. 5 kilometers or 1. 5 miles. I've done that numerous time. The problem is not the distance. The problem is getting completely smashed trying to do a proper barhop.
Enjoy!

This is easily the nicest hotel room I have had in 2 years!
And I don't get your complaints about location. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Margarita Station, which is near the start of Fields Avenue. I took a leisurely stroll all the way from the hotel through Fields to the end of Walking Street. I see absolutely no reason to be taking a bunch of trikes unless for some reason perhaps somebody has some sort of disability that would prevent them from doing any walking. I was concerned about your post, which suggests that the hotel is not "local". I find any such suggestion to be extremely misleading as in my view, The ABC Hotel is indeed quite "local" to Fields Avenue and Walking Street.
It just amazes sometimes how people can have such different opinions about the exact same things. Well, I guess that's the value of the board isn't it? Sharing information and details and letting the good readers ultimately decide what they are going to do! I know what I'm going to do. I saw a Eurasian-looking tute at Atlantis who needs to have my baby! I'm going to stick my dick inside of that on the bed in my luxurious suite. Yes sir I am!

My wingman and I checked in at the ABC hotel last Thursday. So far, I am not overly impressed by the hotel. It may be due to the fact that I read so many good things about it that I came in with high expectations.
My room looks old and awfully gaudy, with pretend furniture. The towels, although plentiful, look like they have been used and washed over and over. Otherwise, the staff are very nice and treating us like rotalty.
The Aqua club was a disappointment. We were there last night, around 10 pm for close to an hour. If there were any FLs, I did not see any. It seemed like everybody knows every other person, and I did not find the setup too suitable for hunting.
It was mentioned that they have a courtesy shuttle. I used it once only. I had to wait a good 10 min for a car to be available, the traffic was pretty bad and I tipped the driver 50 p. I was only going from the hotel to the SM mall. After that, I decided to walk or take a trike from the hotel to WS, for 100 p. That is a serious issue for me, as I enjoy spending my evenings in WS, and a local hotel would have been better for me.

Wife first if no wife.
Kids next, siblings all share, if no siblings grand children share.
Then parents, grandparents.
Then aunts and uncles.
Then cousins starting at 1st cousin.
Any relative at one level means that that level the estate is shared between all at that level leaving nothing for the next level.
So if you die without a will no wife but several kids, they all share with nothing for your parents or cousins.
Not sure what happens if no relatives found.

Herman's Restaurant has been reopened as Maiks's. There has been a lot of renovation. Parts that were outdoors are now under a roof. It looks pretty good. The menu is new, but there are still German dishes. They've also added a lot of Greek food.
I didn't try the food, but it looks like a good place to check out. I had a glass of wine and they added a shot of ouzo on the house. Nice.
Side note: Allegedly, Herman wasn't married and the assets of Herman restaurant went to the state. Does that sound about right? Does anyone know the basics of Philippine inheritance law?

Posts: 4567America hotel. A state of perpetual construction.
Quick update. America Hotel has still not completed the renovation of their old wing. The pool is open though.
By the time they complete the renovation of the old wing, they'll be ready to start renovating the new wing. Seriously, it has been years and years.

Posts: 1398Wild Orchid bar service is not very good. The only other place I've had multiple waitress just walk by my empty glass, on multiple occasions, was Africa. Seems you have to bring a Pinay for them to chat up to learn your business to get attention.
