A 40 minute session is now R$400 reals. One hour is now R$620 reals. These prices include the entrance fee which is now R$120 reals--at least for non-native Brazilians. I confirmed this personally by calling Centaurus, and speaking with a friend who goes there regularly.

I find it takes a bit of work to find something decent here and the Termas are generally a much more fun atmosphere.
