I know there are a lot of options... but Does anybody know whether anything is open after like 1am (as i need a bit of time to trow my baggage in the hotel) in centro or whether there are any places around GRU which are open quite late..

Bahamas is open to 4:00AM I believe. I think Kilt (and most places on that street) is open to 3:00AM. Aenchanter stays open well past 1:00AM as well.

While in Sao Paulo recently I stayed in Rua Augusta,one of of the city's main red light areas.My base was the 18 storey Hotel San Gabriel.This modern hotel has rooms competitively priced at RS 68 per night,plus RS 8 for breakfast.I had no problems taking a girl back in the evenings.

On the basis of some mentions on this site, I decided to try Nova Maison one of the main Boites on the "Strip".There is no entrance charge here so it is an option just to enjoy a beer.There is a long rectangular bar with seating opposite and at the other end is a large screen showing Porn and behind this the Showers and Sauna.On the next floor up are the Private Rooms.

Take your choice of ANY of the clinica's in SP. After clearing customs and getting your baggage you will have no problems hailing a taxi (with traffic) and spending a few hours getting a massage, date, and meal if you prefer.

You will have no problem getting a taxi back to the airport (with traffic) and getting to the curb with 2 hours to spare.

Find the clinica that appeals to you in the previous posts and head there.

I have been to SP (or Sampa as others, probably more in the know, call it) many times, yet I had never taken the time to read the forum completely and go out. I even once stayed at the old Hilton because it is near Rua Augusta and at the last minute chickened out and returned to my room after becoming concerned about the safety of the area. But that is just me.

Any way I finally did RTF as I should have and started at Cafe Millenium at 11PM. The ride from the Hyatt was very long and the taxi meter showed R47 when we got there. It is possible we did not take a direct way, I don't know.

I was pleasantly surprised by CM, R100 for the entrance can be used as credit towards drinks or food, the place has a center stage with girls dancing while others revolve around the surrounding bar. It forms an atrium with the next floor(s?) having rooms available for customers. There is a restaurant adjacent to the main room and a swimming pool by the restaurant. I found the place very enjoyable, classy, and surprisingly low pressure, no-one approached me in the first hour or so while I was engulfing caipirinhas. I ended up having dinner at the restaurant (by myself, many other customers were having dinner with gilrs in bikini) and the food was both good and cheap (R20). It is a big club with yes, probably 100 girls or so, tonight there was a high concentration of Japanese guys flirting with the girls.

But I was really more in the mood for pickup whereas CM appears to be geared at consumption on the premises. When I returned from dinner a girl came to sit next to me at the bar, I did not particularly like her but unlike the others she was pushy. I ended up leaving CM after about a half hour of semi conversation with her (that is when she would take her breasts out of my face) and she was clearly not happy with the ending. I only paid R100 for 4 caipirinhas + dinner.

Then I headed to Bomboa, about 20 minutes / R25 away. It is quite different, there is a band and a stage where customers dance with girls. More light than at CM, prettier girls though by 1AM all the ones I liked appeared to be taken. Many very tall garotas and many augmented breasts.

Settled for XXXX (I don't remember her name, had about 9 caipirinhas by then, a dark haired pretty girl, who appraoched me. She did not speak any of the languages I speak so we managed as we could. I understood she did not do cola, and negotiated down from R300 to R250, however I thought we were going to my hotel for TLN, whereas we were really headed for one of the rooms upstairs. I am not sure how I ended up paying R250 fo the 4 caipirinhas + 1 water for the girl (+ perhaps some fee for her?), which was more than double the price of CM, + R285 to go upstairs with the girl, supposedly for a couple hours but the phone rang after 45 minutes to tell us there were 15 mintes left and the club was closing anyway. The good news is, you can pay everything by credit card.

XXXX was nice, she did a good BBBJ and a couple positions, no cola depsite her promise to try, I did not have much hope anyway, and she was kind of GFE, though clearly you don't get GFE from an hour with a girl. We shared a taxi back, but I just found the place really expensive and was disappointed to get only ST for this price. Now as I said I do not speak Portuguese, I was kind of drunk , was not shown any detailed bills, just totals. You can ask but of course in that case no one understands you (I tried 3 other languages besides english) or makes any effort to.

Tomorrow I am headed to Rio, will use all the Help I can get.
