Today I gave Luiza a second chance to show up. We set up the appointment for 17:00 and guess what, she actually showed up and on time. When I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised. At least her body matched the photo's and her face wasn't too bad.

Well with the no-show still haunting me, I decided to visit bomboa. Like the previous post, entrance is now r$180 but you can consume that much in drinks and food. To take a girl out, it is r$100 to the club and the fee for the girl must be negotiated. If you use their hotel, it is r$100 for one hour.

I arrived there around 18:00 and there were a few girls there maybe about 20. Half of which look pretty good.

As I was walking around, they were setting up the buffet. At around 19:00 I took advantage of the buffet and had something to eat. Today they serve chicken and rice. Not bad but I wasn't really here for the food.

After eating, the night crew was slowing coming in. Yes, I was being hit on, but I wanted to see what else was coming. Finally, a loira came in that caught my eye.

Instead we went down Rua Augusta. Most of the place I can't remember the names. We only went to the ones where they let us have a sneak peak. After landing at the local airport, one thing that has changed is that you used to get a meter cab just outside the doors of the airport. Now, you have to take the pre-paid cabs which cost a little more.

The plan for today was to land, get in a cab and meet my buddy at Fogo de Chao. The pre-paid cab cost me r$25 for a very short cab ride. Next time, I will go up to the second floor and catch a meter taxi dropping someone off.

I meet my buddy at fogo de chao, if you have never been, this is one good churascaria. The food and service is excellent. One thing about s/p, as GK had pointed out long ago, the culinary delights are second to none.

After dinner, my buddy didn't want to go out. Because of all the clubs that were closed down I wanted to at least show him one high end nightclub. I was going to take him to cafe photo, but he insisted he was tired and just wanted to rest.

At least earlier in the day back in Rio I had one of the best experience of my trip so far, so I was a happy camper.
We went back to the hotel, we shared the room because he was only staying until Sunday. I had prepaid the hotel and got the room for two persons. I was planning on some incall later in the week.

Except for the dinner, we closed day one in s/p with a whimper.

As I frequently receive several PM from other hobbysits asking me if I know GDP able to speak English, I asked my friends in Brazil to help me in this matter.

Up to now, I only received an answer concerning a certain Julia Mexicana. That GDP appears to be born in Mexico and she is a mix from French and Mexican. I don't know if she speaks English. But I'm sure that she speaks Spanish.

Went to Clinica Kin around 7PM and had to wait an hour, service is still good, took the 4 hands special which is a good deal and let the first girl pick the second one, which in my experience is better as she will choose someone she likes to work with. Once recharged, headed to Cafe Gauguin across from the Grand Estanplaza, saw my favorite Isadora who asked for R$700 but quickly agreed to US$200, which she thought was equivalent to R$500 (she is good at many things, including Greek, but not math... that is about R$350). I did not feel bad about it as R$400 seems a common price in SP, gave her a R$50 tip.

Cafe Gauguin had a lot of pretty girls and few customers, beware of the very expensive Champagne the bartender will suggest for the girls.
