Posts: 845Brahma Beer in the US now.
I see the billboard near Rosecrans St. all of the time. By the way, were you visiting one of the strip clubs near there?
I think Albertsons in San Diego carries Brahma. I am actually going stop by Albertsons today to buy some if possible.

The new edition of Swank has an article on Brazil. Not really for the guys who have been there before but a quick tour for the newbie. It has addresses for the more popular termas. We get much more info on this site, but it is kind of cool to say I have visited all the places this guy went to.
Of course I only bought the magazine for the articles. Actually there are some hot babes in there.

Posts: 337Brahma Beer in the US now.
This might be old news, but I didn't know about it. I was just in northern Mexico, aka San Diego, and saw a billboard advertising Brahma Beer. They even have a US website, Brahma USA is in CT. I wished the website said where you can buy it in the US. Now I'll have to look for it. My stash from my last Brazil trip was running low.

I think you need to read the forum...thoroughly, especially the Rio de Janeiro 2005 Reports thread, but others as well. I think you will find all of your questions answered there, eventually. This is something to which you need to devote some time and effort. I think most of the veteran users of this forum are more than happy to answer questions, but only for people who have already done their homework. I think many of us balk at taking the time to answer questions that have already been answered abundantly elsewhere. So I suggest that you take the time to read the forum, and then, if you still have questions, come back and ask them. I think you'll find that most of us will be quite generous with our time. But if you have to ask what a termas is, it's obvious that you haven't done even basic research. Check out Bubba Boy's reports and you'll find out everything you need to know about termas: location, price, hours, etc., as well as information about other mongering sites.
But I'll answer that question just this once. A termas is a brothel; it's that simple. But it's a very special type of Brazilian brothel which made me think, the first time I went to one, that I had died and gone to heaven. Read the forum and you'll find out more.

No SP lol Thanks for the information! A girl I know said I should go because of the hotties and then I noticed some of the pix here and thought it would be fun but I would rather be at the beach. The only concern I have with Rio is the crime and safety aspects because I don't feel like spending 10 days where I don't feel comfortable. Does anyone know if there are beaches you can go to just outside of Rio, or is that expensive for a taxi? I wouldn't mind finding a couple girls and taking them away from the chaos. By the way, what exactly is a Terma? Is this basically a small horror house? I am more the type who wants a hot ass girl on my balls all night but I will definitely check them out if that is where the hot ones go. Also, are there girls you can pick up at the beach or is that basically the non-pro area? I think I may go after Carnaval and save a little. Plus I don't think I want to deal with that many people at once and I can have fun at home for this. I have heard those falls are beautiful so maybe I will check it for a couple days instead of going to SP. I guess I could do the Rio, Bahia, Foraleza trip, or I could do a Rio, Bahia, and Iguaza (not sure about that spelling) to see both great women and the gorgeous country. Thanks again to the people who respond, it is hard sometimes to get responses from the pro's here but I love helping others and hope it comes back to me as well.
Happy New Year!!
