Booked myself into "Hai Shang Shan Art&Hotel", which is in the same block as the village. Hotel is OK for a rate of 230RMB but needs redecoration which actually already started.
So checked the BBSs around. The rate in all was 150RMB for FS. The first one was much in a rush: cbj and the "come as soon as possible cowboy ride". Place was just upstairs and has AC. Buy some DVDs from a shop between the BBSs with good selection and good prices, whatch a move in the hotel to recover and then to another BBS. This was much better, girl sweeter. Also cbj and then only two positions as I come quickly. Also on second flor behind hidden door and also has AC. Then I watch another movie and check out the third BBS. Nice girl, but to get to her place is really in the back of the darket backyeard, goind stairs, ladders and whatever. But has AC. She immediately wants penetration. OK, why not. Do her in may positions. You all know that the 3rdd fuck in 3 hours make you come slowly...

Total damage: 450 RMB minus saved money for a good hotel minus money spend for beer in bars...
GFE: 0%
Menu: many many FS BBSs there, nice girls, but poor service - price related OK.
Satisfaction: just arrived, so the only thing I needed was get rid of the pressure...

Tried to take a picture of the map on the hotels card, but do not have macro mode. So the other option is to call the hotel +86-21-64216933 to tell the taxi driver the way. Around 30RMB from downtown. You cannot miss the BBSs and no need to check into the hotel if you want to fuck only 1 or 2 times.

In a big city in case you travel for business, often hotel location depends on business partners location you have to meet.
So, assuming you come for pleasure only and, as you state, those 4 requirements are a must, I would recommend Equatorial Hotel or Shanghai Hotel.
You may google for those and see yourself if they suits you in terms of price and features.
Both of them are close to XTD, TRL and other popular mongering spots.
In addition, Shanghai Hotel is home of the most famous sauna in town (however, basing on some reports it is closed in this period).

As far as food is concerned, I don't know any Italian or French restaurant that can be really considered as such.
So, you may want to scroll through restaurants list in www.smartshanghai.com and chose the one that looks better in atmosphere for a nice date :-)

4-5 stars.
3 stars is okay but i must be clean.

I have been reading a lot about shanghai hotel but never for the rooms always about the sauna.

How is that hotel?

Any good hotel with italian restorant?

Any good italian - french restorant in the city?

At one exit, there's a school right infront, beside a neighbourhood back entrance. Turn left and walk 100 to 150 meters or so, along the way, you can see All-Days on your right-hand side, an dodgy arcade game outlet, a property agent co., while most of the other shops are empty until reach a junction. keep walking for 10 meters, you will see two BBS (one with red and one blue lights) on your right-hand side. FYI, the one with red light have all the big boobies inside (late 20s to 30s y/old) and the blue one have all the just ripen teenagers waiting for you to loosen their pussy.

I just went last night, definitely they are still there! Its opposite a small bus terminal (3 to 6 buses at any one time), next to a car workshop. Seems that these two BBS gals always new & fresh, I guess these are the places where they start their trade before moving in to inner ring road's territory.

Xiaomuciao is parallel to Damuciao lu. The one I went is about 600m from
the Damuciao metro station of line 4. Get a local map and you will find the junction of Xiaomuciao and Xietu lu.

on the hotels, jc mandarin is near all that you need as mentioned by albert punter. trl and xtd for fl's.
you are also within walking distance of the shanghai sauna and the pub which shall remain nameless. there are also various bbs rep001tered about the area. get out and start walking around the outlying neighborhood and you will find the bbs. there is one about a five minute walk away on beijing lu.
the jc is a pretty nice hotel and also girl friendly. if your budget permits, you can check out the rich garden nightclub downstairs. it is pricey but they definitely have available talent to help you through the night if needed.

Don't think there was a report on Aojin.

I believe Aojin was closed for a while and re-opened about a couple of months ago.

Went there out of curiosity and curiosity did kill the cat or my interest.

Full package in the afternoon was 780 for water massage. I went in and was led to a locker room to store the valuables.

After that, they led me to the third floor. The first floor (the shower room) was very empty (or perhaps they do not do that in Aojin sauan in the first place). 2nd floor was meant to be the rest place. Once you arrive at the 3rd floor, you are immediately faced with a lineup of girls.

Chose #12 who was petite girl from dongbei (changchun).

She just arrived, bad mistake...

Everything was half-done. Meticulous but technique is bad since she is new. Nothing much more to update.

Entire duration only lasted 60 minutes.

Would avoid going a second time. On an afternoon, there was basically no business at the place. I didn't see the 2nd floor, but the decorations look good.

I just arrive in Shanghai and can't wait to explore the BBS scene.
I stay at a hotel in Xujiahui area. The Xiaomuciao road has 6 or 7 BBS with girls in explicit dress. I tried the one near Xietu road with a girl from Hunan.

I agree with GlenEagle, I would book at JC Mandarin if budget permits, which is closer to TRL, XTD and other famous mongering spots.

I am going to Shanghai and wanted to know which location is more convenient for BBS, Sauna, etc, within walking distance. Also, which hotel is more girl friendly should I arrange for take out. (I realize that I can take taxis - but I don't speak any Mandarin and have gotten lost with taxis).
